Sanrico Arvostelua 

Customer service has been great in tracking my original package. I made a mistake entering incorrect zip code. The package went round and round via USPS. Finally returned to Sanrico. They indicate that they will send out a new after I write a review. New item supposedly sent again. I have not received tracking information after multiple requests.
Beware that you can purchase exact same item at $30 cheaper on Amazon or eBay. Do your research!

There was a problem of my order being completed and confirmed. I brought it to their attention. The next day I was able to enter my order and check out with no problem.

Sanrico is one of the few companies the actually responds quickly to questions an corrections and strives to make things right.

I would like to thank the company for the way they dealt with a mistake on my end. Typing error of my address. They were very quick in correcting it and order is on its way.

On my first order with San Rico I failed to purchase the adapter needed for the tool. They responded within a day and arranged for me to get the adapter, normally not sold on-line, and even gave it to me half price with free shipping. Great customer service.

I thought I was having delivery issues but failed to take into account the time of year (week before Christmas) - my bad. I contacted Sanrico and they looked into it and advised it was on its way, and sure enough my package showed up.

I have ordered several times in the past with Sanrico and based on my experiences, would definitely order from them again.

Customer service was excellent I had some issues associated with my order and they resolved them quickly. Would buy from them again!!

I messed up trying to activate a discount. Reached out to them and in 2 days they issued me a refund on my order. Super public relations!!!! I will continue being a customer for both the great PR and very good products.

Ups lost my order and Sanrico promptly re sent the order with no delay, great customer service.

I ordered something that I need to cancel shortly after because a family member had bought the same item. I emailed Sanrico to explain the situation and they were very friendly and prompt and cancelled the order without issue. My money was refunded a few days later. Luckily, I noticed the 24 hour order cancellation policy and did it within the time period. It's good to note the fine print.

I needed help with my tool and was assisted with a professional response and clear directions

I ordered the power sphere without looking at the whole website. (my mistake) The power sphere requires an adapter, as It is made in another country. I did not order it and was greatly disappointed. The customer service with this co. was wonderful and I will definitely order from them again. Customer service is the exception and the reason I will use this co. again

I ordered the power sphere without the adapter thinking it would work. I was wrong and disappointed that I couldn’t use it right away when I got it. Customer service was excellent by helping me order the adapter. Hopefully it will work. Best customer service I have ever received.
