Very response. He’s fab!

Stephen is very responsive and of great assistance in any matter. Any problem with the property are handled very quickly.

Stephen is the absolute best! He is so responsive and kind. If he is out of office, he is still checking his emails and has someone at the office for emergency calls and emails. Best property manager in London!

Stephen is absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly, always quick to help with any issues, and makes renting our place a breeze. We’re so happy with his service that we’ve extended our lease. Highly recommend him to anyone!

I’ve rented with Stephen Sanders for 7 years and the experience has been nothing but incredibly positive. Stephen really cares about his clients and is so approachable. Stephen and his team are always so quick to respond to any queries or issues, and always manage everything with the highest standards, getting everything sorted super quickly and with amazing communication. I completely trust Stephen and his team, and I would go out of my way to rent with Stephen and Sanders property again in the future.

Stephen is an amazing agent who truly goes above and beyond! He’s always quick to respond — usually within 24 hours — and makes sure any issues are sorted out right away. We recently had a problem in our flat just before going away for two weeks, and Stephen completely took charge. By the time we got back, everything was already fixed!

He’s super easy to talk to, really transparent, and always keeps us updated. I honestly couldn’t recommend Stephen more — you’d be lucky to have him as your agent!

Stephen has been extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. He always provides clear communication and quick support whenever needed. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Stephen and team were extremely helpful with the move in process end to end. They take a lot of pride and care in working with tenants, would highly recommend!

We needed flat for ourselves till end of August 2025
We didn’t hesitate to use Stephen again
Stephen posted the flat for rent ion 1st September and got tenants to move in on 5th September

He managed to work overtime to get everything needed done with great speed

His reviews are always positive and outstanding

I have been with Stephen for a number of years no and all runs smoothy

I had such a positive experience with Sander Property. From the very start, my agent was extremely professional, approachable, and reliable. He was always quick to respond to my questions, no matter how small, and explained everything clearly which made the whole process so much easier to understand.

What really stood out to me was how smooth and stress-free he made what is usually quite a stressful process. I always felt supported and reassured, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and on time.

I’m really grateful for all the help I received and would highly recommend Sander Property to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and supportive agent.

Amazing service. Stephen has been fantastic throughout the start of our tenancy - very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with Stephen at Sanders Property. Super helpful, very responsive, and easy to deal with. Everything has been handled professionally and smoothly — highly recommend!

This was our 4th move within 8 years, and 2nd withing less than two years so our expectations and trust in agents have been dramatically damaged. Need to say that Stephen did provided us with completely new - really pleasant experience. It was clear from beginning, all in order and no additional IT issues with filling in any necessary information. Any question that we had was responded straight away or if given a time line, it was kept. I would definitely recommend working with Sanders Property, specially Stephen and his team.

This is an honest and efficient professional that always managed to find me the best tenants.
And whenever needed, could always manage my property in a very responsive and efficent manner, as I do not live in London.

I found a property through Sanders Property and the whole process was quick and simple, without any hurdles along the way. We've moved in a month ago and Steven has always been there when we have any issues, promptly replying and helping out when we need something. It has honestly been our best interaction with an estate agent in our 15 years in London because we finally feel like there's someone on the other ensuring that our needs as tenants are met.

I recently rented a property through Sanders Property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire rental process simple and stress-free, guiding me through each step with clear communication and genuine care.

What really impressed me was how responsive they were any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly, and they went the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and supported. The property was exactly as advertised, well-maintained, and move-in ready, which made the transition smooth and easy.

It’s rare to find a real estate agency that treats tenants with as much respect and attention. I feel confident knowing I can rely on them throughout my tenancy, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
