Appalling experience complete lack of understanding no empathy. Failed to understand a basic Cs request to change address and despite the web site saying one thing they did the complete opposite.
Totally not recommended to purchase anything merch or ticket related.

My issue with my order was resolved so quickly and the representative was so kind and attentive. incredible customer service and communication.

I ordered a a pre ordered vinyl 12" however after 6 weeks of waiting I asked for a refund .

I ordered several hundred dollars of Aly and AJ merchandise and I did not receive one item for $199. I sent an email to see what happened and I quickly received a response stating they would send it right away. Great customer service!! Very happy with the results!

Extremely disappointed! I ordered a t-shirt as I was unable to purchase said one at a concert I attended. Order placed on 1st May as I had received email from said pop star website to say merchandise was available to purchase. I heard nothing further, I sent a query on 17th May, waited 5 days for a response before sending another email on 23rd May, asking if anyone was reading emails! Well someone is today as I've been advised I'm getting a refund, no explanation as to why!!!

Excellent customer service, really quick and positive response - couldn’t be more impressed with how responsive this team are. Highly recommended!
