Not often you get excellent customer service and I superb product but these guys deliver. I had been looking for someone to install a catio on my new property for some time and found this company. From the minute I contacted Claudia in the office up until the completion of the project it has been a pleasure dealing with everyone concerned. My four house cats now have a safe, fun, outdoor space. Compared to other options this was also value for money and I could get exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Can not recommend enough.

Really nice people from the start, really kind, human and helpful all the way through to installing the fences, however I did find it very expensive for what's supplied really.
The fences did a good job in keeping our cat in but just so people are aware they really don't put off other animals. In just a few months we've had a couple of foxes and a cat who have come inside and then couldn't get out, creating somewhat of a problem for us and our cat. I don't think I'd use the fencing again, nothing to do with Sanctuary - they are good, but just because I don't think this kind of netting is the right thing for us.

Where to start. Friendly, efficient Claudia in the office. All questions answered. Date set. Team of 2 lovely guys, Andy and Adrian, came when they said, did what they said, worked non-stop. The proof is in the pudding. A few hours later, our little rescue cat Gordon, aka Houdini, tried to climb over the gate. No such luck. It works. He's now back inside, sulking.

They are just AMAZING. From the quality of their product, building a bespoke catio from scratch and the perfection of every single detail, to their customer service that's outstanding, super responsive, patient, accommodating - to the after installation service that is amazing. They've gone out of their ways over and over again to make sure everything was top notch. They are much better than their competitors and the final products also looks much better, with timber structure instead of metal. I can't recommend enough.

First class from initial enquiry to end of build. The team who came out to build the catio were so nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The catio is so sturdy and excellent quality. I would thoroughly recommend. Very good value for the price.
