Gros soucis la livraison qui c'est pas bien passé, payer 10 € pour ne pas être livré chez soi, attendre toute la journée devoir appeler chrono poste pour savoir où est mon colis .Le livreur n'est même pas venu jusqu'à chez moi ,ils me l'ont mis direct en point relais

ProtectaPet is absolutely fantastic! Our two indoor rescue cats can now safely enjoy the garden with us, and they absolutely love it. It’s completely transformed how we use our outdoor space, we no longer have to worry about them escaping or feel guilty keeping them inside.

The installation was expertly done by Marcus, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even worked around a tree in the corner of our garden seamlessly and found a brilliant solution for our tricky gate. Nothing was too much trouble.

Before finishing, he walked us through everything and made sure we were completely happy and confident that our cats couldn’t get out, which gave us real peace of mind.

We’re so grateful and honestly couldn’t recommend ProtectaPet more highly!

From our very first enquiry to the completed catio, service has been exceptional. We had a lot of questions initially, as we have quite a complex garden (lots of levels, wonky fences, uneaven grounds), so needed the right solution for us. Georgia (the design consultant) was so, so helpful & came up with the perfect solution for our needs. So we opted for a large catio, that would take up the entire patio, meaning out cat (Chelsea) could venture out both the patio & kitchen doors & have lots of free, open space to explore.

Our installer, Martin, was brilliant too. He assessed the project & garden, listened to our needs & answered any further questions before starting. He was extremely helpful & friendly, so we knew we were in safe hands. He did an excellent job installing the catio as well & talked us through how to maintain it etc after installation. We also had a lot of cat talk - its lovely that everyone at the company are such cat people!!! They're truly a company that care.

It was so important to us to find a solution. We rescued our cat about a year ago & she's still so nervous with anything new, any unexpected noises, new people etc. So we'd been nervous to let her out before, as she'd get spooked. Whereas now, she's loving life! She's in & out the catio, no matter the weather or time, she's a lot more vocal & she seemed giddy with excitement when she first went out to explore.

A great product, a fantastic team & a worthy investment for peace of mind. Would 110% recommend!

Very happy with the catio. It was a custom install for the space (next to the conservatory, with a split-level) and is a perfect fit. The service and fitting was flawless. When I sent Jacqui photos of the space she suggested incorporating the split-level, rather than just having a smaller catio on the top level. This was a brilliant suggestion and it looks perfect. We’re thinking about a second catio in a larger space and would happily use ProtectaPet again.

Suite a de très bon conseil reçu le produit avec tout ce qu il fallait. Le chat ne cherche pas a sortir tout est parfait merci à Catherine pour ses conseils.

Moved into my new house and i have 2 indoor cats which were in need of more freedom!
I went for a cat proof garden.Tom and co were amazing,they fixed it up in a few hours ,cats love it .Life changing 4 myself and my 2 female cats !Cats are safe and i have less stress .

We moved to a new house and after one of our inquisitive cats had a serious altercation with the Rottweiler next door, we realised we had to find a way of keeping our much-loved pets safe whilst allowing them the freedom to go outside. Having done some research we decided this company provided the best solution for our garden which has walls and fences of varying height. We cannot fault the advice and service we received from first enquiry to completed installation. Rob paid meticulously attention to both security and overall appearance, so that our fears that the garden would look like a prison proved unfounded. Having watched him work so expertly we are pleased we didn’t try to install ourselves. Needless to say the cats are happy wandering around in safety and we can now relax.

From start to finish dealing with ProtectaPet has been a pleasure. They helped me with the design and order, arrived exactly when they said they would and built a high quality brilliant looking catio for my three cats. Martin, the installer, worked tirelessly to complete the build: he did a perfect job and left the site cleaner than when he had arrived! As someone clearly passionate about cats he was able to advise how we could tweak elements of the design to make it even better for the cats. Highly recommended.

After we agreed on a plan for our garden, Martin arrived promptly to carry out the installation. We discussed a few of the finer points which would make the garden more secure ( things which became apparent when there in person).
Martin explained any small alterations he had to make, particularly while installing a free standing fence which proved troublesome.
Martin was very polite and clearly has a love for cats ( he got to meet ours).He carried out the work with care and left the garden tidy and free from any leftover pieces/ cutoffs.
Overall we were extremely satisfied with the finished result and our cat Loki shares our opinion!...

From start to finish had excellent experience. Planning. Estimate of cost. Installation guys were fabulous. I LOVE my ProtectaPet secure fencing.
I know my little rescue cat is safe! Which is what I wanted.
There has been another cat “trying” to get in my garden to annoy my girl. Said cat has failed in getting access! ❤️😊🐯

Whilst at first this stuff seems a bit expensive, it's actually top quality. Also, orders are despatched very quickly.

They arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They left no mess and did a brilliant job. I now have my 2 new rescue cats 🐈 😻 and they play safely in the garden. I couldn't be more pleased.

Product is on, expensive for what it is, but, comes ready to go and that has value, no comment on service, used a service to do install, purchased as all in one package, didn’t know was two separate purchases, until I was billed directly for the parts, then the service. Thus why I didn’t comment on service.

They were helpfull . And I can relax knowing my Cat is safe and happy in the garden.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The whole experience has been friendly, efficient and very professional. The attention to detail and getting the structure absolutely right was impressive. The finished product- 4.8m x 2.8m catio is going to give us great peace of mind that our cats are definitely going to be safe.
