As with everyone else who has taken the time to warn others…do not buy from this Company
Incorrectly advertised parts although was genuine Fisher Paykal,no after sales service , you simply cannot get a follow up let alone an exchange , just throw your money down the street & it may go to someone who needs it

The website looks a million dollars and is very easy to navigate.
But their service was terrible. I ordered a part to fix my fridge and they estimated up to 5 days delivery. A week later their tracking form showed processing hadn't been started. I asked on their feedback form what was going on and they replied "they'd overlooked it." Another week later the tracking status hadn't changed. I enquired again and received no reply.
I reported this to PayPal who gave me an immediate refund, which indicates a "problem" supplier.
Then 3 weeks after I placed my order they finally sent me a notification that the order was being processed, with no explanation for the delay. After it arrived (close to 4 weeks after I placed the order) PayPal then asked if I would reverse by earlier refund, which I agreed to. So now my fridge is running again after an over 3 week wait. It is the correct part and the price is competitive.
So it looks like the company itself is OK, but they have severe staff shortages.

7 weeks after paying, I am still awaiting delivery. Have visited the shop twice, rung their landline three times (was only answered once) and spoken to the owner on his mobile twice as well and sent pictures of what I ordered. I am unable to get an update, a delivery date or my money back.
Just emailed them again.

Contacted them twice to confirm a part for my appliance. Once wise their Web enquiry form, once by email.
2 weeks later absolutely no reply from them.
If a company can't be bothered replying when you're trying to give them money, imagine what it will be like if you have a problem with it later?
Then I read their reviews - Turned out I dodged a bullet!

⚠️FRAUD/SCAM ALERT !!!

This company charged me twice for a product I purchased online, and NEVER sent me the item. There was no package tracking and the website kept indicating "Tracking not yet available", After 2 weeks, nothing changed, so I contacted their customer service but received no response. From the moment I made the purchase, I knew there was something wrong because I received no confirmation whatsoever. At the same time they have collected payment.

In the end, after 3 weeks, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to retrieve back what they had stolen from me. Read other reviews and do not engage with this business no matter what.

I need to agree with the other negative reviews. They send me a faulty washing machine pump and did not reply to my emails after many attempts of contacting them. I had to fix it with outside help and spend more time and money to fix a "new" pump.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I needed a rear left element for Bosch cooktop ($200 paid upfront). However Ali would not listen and sent the wrong one, the right front. I emailed, was ignored, rang and found Ali to be extremely rude and aggressive and unhelpful. I was lucky enough to get a refund after paying nearly $50 postage both ways that was not refunded. I would call them rude arrogant pigs who have a language barrier with Australians. I had to fight every inch of the way to cancel the order and get a part refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A very unpleasant experience.

Extremely poor , actually non existent customer service whatsoever.

Ordered a Vacuum Cleaner Motor from them which was advertised for $509.95. Received an invoice from them that it was in stock and PAID for. Not finding any despatch notification I contacted them to find that the order was cancelled and the motor was replaced by another and that they had contacted me, which is a lie. They have readvertised it for $899.95. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have ordered 4 x Burner and Cap sets ( ~ 500 AUD) for Smeg cooktop, after several reminding emails finally they arrive 6 weeks after initial ordering, however one burner had permanently destroyed surface, and 3 caps were missing.
And I still did not get them two weeks later (and most likely never get them), also they no more responding to my e-mails.
Avoid them!

I would advise to NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they did not send my order, i kept messaging them and they did not reply until about the tenth message and then told me that they had sent it, I replied and let them know that they had not sent because on their own site in my order it was still saying pending, they then replied and asked me for another week even though on their site it said my item was in stock! so after two months of their nonsence I reported them to PAYPAL.

After asking them what part we needed they sent us the incorrect part, we had to pay for return postage and then they claimed the part had a scratch on it so wouldn't give us refund. Dont buy from them they shouldn't be in business

This would be the worst, most pathetic company I've ever had the mis fortune of dealing with. Ordered a washing machine lid, even explaining with photos. Took 6 - 7 weeks to arrive and found my washing machine lid was a plastic grommet the size of a pea.

Put through an order and got invoice. Waited 4 days and still hadn't recieved and update.
I had to create and account to check the status of the order to see that my order was cancelled. No notification at all.
Also....no immediate refund. 2 phone calls later (that I had to make) refund was actioned.
Meanwhile the item when from $15 to $75 on their website. Still in stock but not enough money to send to me apparently.
Whole this was atrocious.....would recommend you steer clear

Don’t use this company. No information about order. Still waiting. Have emailed. No response. Have called. Went to voicemail. Still waiting. Had to check if this was fake!

Very delayed delivery, very expensive postage, and not at all what I believed that I ordered. An absolute disater.

Do not trust anything these people say. They will lie to you about having spares on hand, tell you if you pay express that they will ship it the next business day, mark as shipped the next day with a fake tracking number, and finally use a company from a different state to ship item a few days later without using express. Finally, refuse to refund the extra shipping fee.

I save time and money due to this shop where all parts are avaiable for home appliance.

Amazing service - incredible knowledge on all product and willing to support educating me on areas I needed support.. range of product was mind blowing..
