I found alot of old data. Companies that owners have died, or businesses that have been sold. Probably 70-75% useful

Your lists which are very unreliable…
Your lists which were very reliable under infoUSA aren't even close to being accurate. Example: latest list included the Chicago White Sox and listed Ken Williams as VP and Rick Hahn as GM. They've both been gone for about four years. Four years? Really? Not too impressive.

The customer service was excellent, the data not so much...
The customer service was excellent; however, the integrity of the data was disappointing. Much of the list I purchased was outdated and inaccurate. I requested a refund and was informed that it will be processed shortly.

Overly complicated process
Overly complicated process to get the data. We do not need a phone call in this day and age when a purchase is made. Also, lots of difficulty with receipts. WE will be using another provider going forward.
