Main problem was after receiving an e…

Main problem was after receiving an e mail telling me the currency was ready I drove 7 miles to be confronted with a sign that said position closed with no indication of a reopening time. I left a VM but got no response. Eventually I returned the next day. Oh and Customer services at Sainsburys told me it was nothing to do with them even though it is clearly a product under the “Sainsburys” label.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced when collecting your order. We understand how frustrating it must have been to travel to the bureau after receiving confirmation that your currency was ready, only to find it unexpectedly closed. There may be brief closures at quieter times to allow colleagues to take their scheduled breaks. We're also sorry that nobody replied to your voicemail, this is not the service we aim to provide.
