Saigon Sourcing is a B2B sourcing and procurement company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, helping international buyers source products directly from Vietnamese manufacturers with confidence and transparency. We work as an on-the-ground extension of your team, managing the entire sourcing process from factory identification and verification through quality control, production oversight, and logistics. Our approach is built around reducing the risk and guesswork that often comes with sourcing overseas. Every factory we recommend is vetted against clear evaluation criteria before we bring it to a client. Vietnam has become one of the most important manufacturing hubs in Southeast Asia, and businesses looking to diversify their supply chains or move away from single-country dependency are increasingly turning here. We help buyers navigate that shift: understanding realistic lead times, negotiating fair pricing, avoiding common factory-vetting mistakes, and managing the cultural and logistical details that are easy to underestimate from abroad. Our team combines local market knowledge with international business standards, so clients get clear communication, realistic timelines, and no surprises. We publish free resources including factory verification checklists, supplier evaluation frameworks, and import cost calculators because we believe buyers make better decisions when they understand the process, not just the outcome. Whether you're sourcing a single product line or building a long-term manufacturing partnership in Vietnam, Saigon Sourcing is built to be the reliable, responsive partner on the ground that makes that possible.
