Refuse to change the time in tickets due to serious reason
I had problems with my flight to Barcelona and managed to came to Sagrada Familia the day I had my tickets, but later (not at 12 o’clock but apparently at 16-17 o’clock), and I was refused to come inside.
Previously I messaged to support team with the request to change the time in my tickets but I was refused. So I just paid almost 100€ and had no chance to see the inside beauty of sagrada familia. I was really upset about this thing and about unpleasant incident with my flight :(

Attention, c'est du vol !
Attention ! Ce site de vente est à éviter. Alors que nous sommes arrivés parfaitement à l'heure pour la visite, nous n'avons eu que 15 minutes de visite à l'extérieur et ensuite, l'entrée dans la basilique nous a été refusée car ce jour-là, les visites s'arrêtaient à 14h ! Bien entendu, lors de l'achat des billets, ce détail essentiel ne nous avait pas été indiqué. Bilan 76€ de perdus ! Belle arnaque. Et toute réclamation est vaine. Mon conseil : éviter ce site qui, en plus, pratique des prix plus élevés que le site officiel.
Suite à contact avec le Support de ce site de vente, ce dernier n'a pas traité ma demande de remboursement sous le prétexte fallacieux que le site de vente que j'ai utilisé n'est pas le site vers lequel j'ai adressé ma réclamation (sagradafamilia-tickets), ce qui est faux. En plus ils sont de mauvaise foi !

Fraud!!! I paid 100€for the entrance and visiting the tower. They sent me general tickets for 52€. Nobody reachable. Support doesn't answer! No reaction in the customer chat. “We’re currently offline” no response to my emails.
On top…finally one response- we aren’t sell
Tickets at the moment for the towers” but they took my money and you could buy the tickets in the website. Just lying and lying…don’t buy anything on this webpage
Answer: You can see cleary on the screenshot I sent to you that there was an option to buy a ticket for the normal entry and the towers. How else could I buy the ticket from them on their website? There was no answer from them for days. Our beautiful planned visit to the Sagrada was ruined for us.
At least 5 days you finally sent me the money back. Absolutely no go:-((

I had the worst relationship with this…
I had the worst relationship with this website, I purchased my ticket with them, and when I arrived at the Sagrada Familia entrance I was not allowed to enter because I was 15min late. I tried to get in contact with the website and they don't reply, I spend 3hrs waiting for an email or a response... so frustrating when they say that they have 24h support and you have no answer from them.
Be careful when you book your ticket on this website, make sure of your visit time!
