Sage would be receiving a 0 if I could give them that..
Been reporting antisocial behaviour for over a year and still nothing changes. Sage Homes just don’t listen. They care more about the household creating the problem than the people suffering. No updates, no action and just empty promises. Completely fed up.
Sage should be ashamed of allowing this to go on for so long.

Sagehomes have professional, responsive and helpful during the period I lived in their shared ownership property. At resale, they assisted with every step and legal hurdles. Daniel Regan, their service officer, has been really helpful, approachable and efficient.

My person was very understanding and very patient with me and went over everything she was very friendly and polite everything time she called me

I have always found sage homes fast at responding to messages and quick to fix the problem.

Absolutely fantastic Katie was lovely and understanding of which I called for 100% professional and caring, listened to me, helped me feel better, also when I have called all staff are again 100% x

I in Southend, Essex, it's a shared ownership flat with Sage Homes and Gateway Management, based in Southend, is the agents for the maintenance. For around a year the roller shutter at the first floor car park has been in and out of action. This results in the shutter being down too far at times as well as also being stuck up at times. This also means at times drivers are stuck in and or out. It has also contributed to serious antisocial behaviour issues at the car park, with gangs around 30 or so of teenagers, who are using drugs, large speakers, standing and sitting on cars, being abusive and threatening to residents and blocking vehicles. The two firms above are well aware of the ongoing issues, Essex Police is also aware and so is Bayo Alaba, Labour MP for the area. Mr Alaba has also been contacting Sage Homes and Gateway Management but he isn't having much luck either.

Earlier this week a worker from the complaints team agreed there were issues with the whole situation. The staff are repeatedly unhelpful, rude, argumentative, they tell me they can't and won't help. They tell me Sage Homes is unaware of the issues, the complaints workers responded to me on the phone with 'what do you want me to do.' The staff hang up on the calls and I am often told there is nobody working or available to help.

Earlier this week, we had an update to say there are now two broken car park shutters at the block, the first floor car park shutter is back up on the wall but at times it cannot be opened with remotes or fobs we have. This is an ongoing health and safety issue. We've now been told as the shutter cannot be operated with fobs or remotes it's been lifted up and they don't know when it can be fixed.

It was a wonderful reception with Jacqline she was helpful and very understandable...

This is not A review but me and my partner be offer house from this company we both have learning difficulties and I heard A lot off bad things about them should we agree to this can any anyone help please

What can I say? My family were struggling under the imminent serving of a S21 notice when I received an unexpected call from Sage Letting Officer, Jaqueline Munro. Over the next couple of hours, and with Jacqueline’s guidance we achieved more progress towards housing my family than in the previous 12 months. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home in early May. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Sage and Jaqueline in particular.

My experiences with Sage Homes has been mixed from some very poor customer service experiences when I first moved into my Flat dealing with very unhelpful people to resolve some early teething issues and issues with the finish of the house.

However!! I can not scream loud enough when I say please contact Rebecca Gillibrand - Service Quality Manager. I emailed her on a Sunday evening regarding an issue with outstanding utility payments addressed to sage housing. By Monday morning it had been forwarded to the correct department and by the afternoon the issue had been resolved. So a big Thank you Rebecca!

If have recently enquired about an issue and spoke to Flo who i found to be professional and very helpful in explaining steps to be taken to hopefully getting a resolution.

After having a minor issue in my shared ownership home, I called through to the contact centre and spoke with Raia. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions with no problem.

Raia on customer service was really helpful. Thank you!

I had a general enquiry and emailed for help. Literally within 5 minutes my phone rang. It was Ibrahim about my email who was super helpful, supportive and competent. Answered my question and reassured me I could contact again for further clarity if required.

I had a great experience, the customer service was top quaility, Jacquline Munro was who I spoke to, found me a perfect house. The house is just sublime, great size rooms, the garden is way bigger than expected.

I rang up regarding a few different problems and I had no trouble getting them sorted and was very greatful for the help I received. I particularly want to thank Ibrahim for his help he was very understanding and accommodating to my questions and made sure he had sorted out all my issues and was very clear on everything going forwards.

I spoke to ibrahim regarding the missing keys for my post box and he was very helpful in the whole matter.

Erdem was very helpful and professional regards my arrears.
He gave me the listening ear which I felt really peace with.

First time in nearly four years that someone has actually giving a listening ear in this regards.
