Hi Jeff
Thank you for your review.
According to the courier, you received your order on the 9 May. Your original order was placed on 1 May which was a UK Bank Holiday. We make all customers aware of our shipping times when placing orders (5-10 business days) and your order was delivered within that time frame (5 days). Wooden tool box
Really good product, bought the wooden tool kit for my Grandson who’s 2 and a half. He absolutely loves it, it’s his new favourite toy and he plays with it every day. It has its own carry case, so he packs it up and takes it wherever he goes, when he goes to bed he slides the box under his chest of drawers ready for the morning!
Ordered easily, arrived promptly, well packaged, quality is great. Will definitely be ordering more products from Safran toys.
