Safeguard Pest Control Arvostelua

Excellent . Always tells me if there is any problems.

Good communication
prompt/reliable service
friendly staff

Gallery Direct have used Safeguard for many years for our Sites in Sittingbourne and cannot fault the service they provide. The are always helpful, fast and competitive.

Due to reliability that the team show when dealing with difficult situations.

We used Safeguard for a few years now and the level of service has been excellent although in the last 6 months not as good.
Email response is poor (I'm told it can take up to a week to get an email response due to the volume of emails), we have had lots of different technicians ( I feel colleague turnover is becoming a problem for Safeguard), I have had to chase each month to get our routine visits planned in and completed.
I hope this level of service is a temporary 'blip' and the excellent service we have traditionally received returns soon.

Its the operative that is doing well. Very polite, informs you of what he is doing and gets on with the job in an efficient manner. Always willing to offer advice

Very polite staff, always knowledgeable in what they do, nothing is to much trouble for them, always clear feedback what they have done

Safeguard Pest Control, always delivers a good service and are always trustworthy. Their engineer is knowledgeable and visits us regular, every six weeks.

We've been very pleased with Safeguard's service, which has helped us maintain a pest-free office. Our technician, Natalia, has been fantastic. Her dedication, regular monitoring, and proactive approach have given us complete confidence in the service. We've had no issues thanks to her hard work and attention to detail. We highly recommend Safeguard for its professionalism and reliability.

Safeguard were great from the start on the phone and understood my Dads pest problem. Steve Brimble did a great job and was very helpful and diligent with the mouse problem.

Excellent service time and time again.

Expensive and careless company. Visits got delayed, different excuses by different people who blame each other.

Helpful, friendly representative, who always diligently does the necessary work.

Always get a brief on what to expect from the evidence since last visit.

Quick and Friendly staff

Staff professional ,always willing to help ,promptly replay from technicians and head office.

A prompt visit as soon as a rodent problem had been identified, along with a follow-up visit to ensure all bait stations were topped-up and working to best effect. Very happy with the service and Colin the technician was most helpful. Thank you.

Used for a number of years on a commercial business park. Regular reports, quick response to issues. Happy with service and value.

Thanks to Frank who was so efficient, knowledgeable, reassuring and dealt with the issues we had so effectively. Will definitely recommend.
