Safeguard Pest Control Arvostelua 

I’v been with them for 6 years and all was fine until a year ago.

I stopped getting invoices in the post and instead got periodic emails with overdue statement balances.

I contacted them multiple times to:
- Tell them I wasn’t getting invoices
- Ask where they were being sent to, and
- Notifying them of our accounts email address to send them to.

They’ve not responded to any of the emails, not sent the invoices but HAVE sent my details on to a debt collection agency.

Awful.

As a school when we had a problem wasp nest that caused an issue. An engineer attended the same day and removed the issue. Resulting in the area safe for children the next day.

Prompt response to our request for attendance. Knowledgeable analysis of the problem and solution. Problem has now been solved (initially called in May)but have kept on a retainer in case of recurrence.
Had one instance to call their office for an error I had made and they were very helpful and quick with their help.
Very satisfied and would recommend.

Darius came very quickly, and identified the source of the mouse in our two bedrooms, seventh floor flat. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. He advised us regarding the positioning of traps we had purchased, and supplied us with ‘bait traps’. We caught one mouse, but noticed a smaller one two days later. Darius came a second time to assess the situation, and reassured us that there was no further evidence of mouse infestation.
