These people offer free delivery on orders over £35 and free returns via the Collect+ network. I ordered some bib tights on a Tuesday evening and they were delivered on Thursday. Fast, efficient and 50% off the retail price. Will happily use Saddleback agsin.

Ordered countless items in the past, excellent customer service and delivery is rapid.

Wasn't familiar with this retailer, but saw they had some cycling clothing I wanted at an attractive price. I took a punt & have had a great experience thus far. Delivery (in the UK) was super fast. Had to return the first item & order another size, but thankfully Saddleback offer free returns. The turnaround/refund was one of the quickest I've ever had. Couldn't ask for better. Solid.

Phoned customer services regarding sizing advice and received excellent advice, after having a poor experience with another online shop. Made the order within 10 minutes of the call and received my purchase the next day. Chapeau Saddleback.

Ordered a stages eb20 after a very poor experience with a competitor who not only failed to deliver but lost my order apparently and then told me it was out of stock!
Experience with Saddleback however was brilliant as was delivery by BJS. Absolutely perfect transaction.
Highly recommend Saddleback and will use again.

Was skeptical about ordering as some of the outlet prices were so cheap, but really happy I decided to order. Managed to get kit that would have cost £hundreds at RRP for a fraction of the price. Packed and shipped same day as ordered, and received the next day. Efficiently packaged and in cardboard to boot, so environmentally friendly service too. Will definitely look here for cycling kit in future. Cheers.

Needed a replacement visor for a helmet which seemed impossible to find, got in contact and they found one on a warranty helmet which they sent out next day no questions asked, super impressed with how they dealt with a problem that wasn’t really theirs, 11/10

Great service as always from Saddleback

I contacted Saddleback as they are the UK distributer/ support dealer for Stages power meters. My Shimano Ultegra R8000 power meter drive side crank had started to delaminate (crank arm comes apart) Robby from Stages answered my e mails very quickly and was really helpful, he contacted Stages to see if they could do anything for me as my crank was 5 months out of warranty. A couple of weeks later I received a brand new crank. Can't get any better than this for customer service. I have dealt with Saddleback in the past and they have always been very helpful.

I couldn't get a replacement t-nut for my road shoes anywhere online or in any of my local bike shops. I contacted the guys at Saddleback and they were really helpful with their advice and very quickly sent out a couple of replacements. Great customer service.

Distributer of an interesting collections of brands. Worked with them on replacing an Enve fork under warranty. Lovely experience, quick and efficient. Speedy shipment.

Ignored. Dreadful Aftersales Service. Recently taking mountain biking up a gear Found this place online. Called them about some Castelli gear and Sidi shoes. Excellent knowledge from the guy I spoke to and prices are ok (I won't name names here). I'm not impressed by those online bike shops that you cannot call, only wait for chats which are always busy and therefore they are uncontactable. I prefer to speak to a real person and get some proper advice. Saddleback seemed like just what I was looking for and I had plans to fill my boots with Castelli gear and some other stuff.....then came the bad stuff. As we all know, when things go wrong thats the difference between a good company that people return to and a potential load of hassle. They dispatched quickly but they use Parcel Force who are a total nightmare, I feedback my initial frustration but apparently Parcel Force is the policy for shipments, no other choices. The shoes should have reached me easily in time to catch the good weather and some planned rides with friends. In the event Parcel Forced were 3 days late. When I called up to let Saddleback know what was happening, the person who I had spoken to originally wasn't available at 11.30am (at lunch apparently), then again at lunch at 12.30, and again at 1.30 and wouldn't be back until another 1/2 hour or so. Despite my protests and requests that someone else could deal with it, apparently that was impossible. Clearly the guy was there and wouldn't take my call. Two stars for knowledge but zero for aftersales support. Do yourself a favour, try Sorted Race Gear. I'll never use these muppets again.
