Hi Janet,
Thank you so much! We're delighted you're pleased with it. We hope to dress you again soon.

Love this Dress!
The quality of the dress is fabulous! They offer a lot of variety and they are true to size!
I do with they would extend the 14 day return policy as it’s very difficult to decide on wedding dresses in that short period of time.

Hi Melissa,
Thank you so much! We're glad the quality and the fit both held up. You're right that fifteen days is a short window for a decision this big, and we'll pass that along.
In the meantime, a styling appointment can take some of the pressure off, whether virtual or here in the showroom. We'd love to help you decide.
Best,
The Sachin & Babi Team

BEST BRAND EVER
I wish they made even daywear and more casual dresses! I would definitely buy them. I have bought 3 dresses (and would have been 4 if they had the Royal Gardens still) in the last month. The quality (fabric, cut, stitching, etc) is incredible and a deal for the price point! Recommending the Shay and the brand to everyone I know!

Hi Padma,
Thank you so much! Three dresses in a month is a real compliment, and we'll pass your note about daywear along to our design team. We're sorry the Royal Gardens slipped away before you could get it that one went quickly.
Thank you for recommending us, and we hope the Shay gets plenty of wear.

The dress is absolutely beautiful
The dress is absolutely beautiful! It arrived in a timely manner. My only hiccup was that when I couldn’t find my email confirmation, I contacted customer service, who told me they had no record of my order (I had lost my wallet and was in the middle of getting new cards, so wasn’t sure which card I had used). In a panic, I reordered, only to receive two of the same dress a couple of days apart. But they promptly sent a return label and took care of the problem.

Hi Becky,
Thank you so much, and we're sorry for the scramble in the middle of it. Not being able to find your order when you called is what caused the duplicate, and that part is on us, we're looking into why it didn't come up. We're glad the return label sorted it quickly.
We hope the dress is everything you wanted.
