Sachin & Babi Arvostelua 

Sachin & Babi has a beautiful, well-organized showroom and absolutely gorgeous dresses. Unfortunately, I can’t give a higher rating because I was told that a dress I loved from their website would be arriving on time and that I could count on it for my son’s wedding. However, a different design arrived instead.
I do want to highlight the wonderful customer service representative, who stayed in touch and genuinely tried to help me find alternatives.
Thankfully, I had a Plan B. Otherwise, I would have been left without a dress for such an important occasion.

The dress was not lined which for this brand and price is mot acceptable

Product quality even better than depicted in the pictures! Size exchange was no hassle and speedy.

I will share my thoughts more broadly, but your interest in delivering quality goods is clearly lacking. Your customer service is abysmal.

Had a fantastic experience looking for a dress for my son's wedding at the NYC showroom! Two of my friends accompanied me and we were helped by Jessica, who was an absolute gem. She had pulled all the dresses I had asked to try on before we arrived and she also suggested others she thought I might like. She has an uncanny ability to pick the right dresses for you and her feedback was candid and extremely helpful. I ended up buying a beautiful gown that I am so excited about!

I have several items from your company. The quality is outstanding.

Customer service is terrible. I returned my items the day after I received them because they did not fit and 3 weeks later I still do not have my credit back. No where should take this long to get a credit back. Very dissatisfied

Monica was extremely helpful, patient, and went out of her way to find a style that might work for me while also checking availability. I would highly recommend both her and their beautiful fashion designs !

So excited to wear my Mother of the Groom dress in April 2027. The quality and fit of the dress are exactly what I looked for in a dress for this special occasion. The dress exceeds my expectations. The order arrived well in advance of the delivery projections.

I purchased a dress for a wedding and the size wasn’t correct. The exchange process was easy and the end product is a gorgeous dress. The fabric, the construction, and the fit of the dress are of the highest quality.

I ordered two different formal dresses for my nephews wedding and had trouble deciding on which to choose. I ended up wearing the navy gown and it looked beautiful.

Ordered this dress for a November wedding in Virginia. Love love love the dress and it fits perfect! I’m 5’6” and weigh 136 lbs. Delivery took a while but it came earlier than initially quoted and in plenty of time to find shoes, etc. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Sachin & Babi and both times they’ve been perfect! ❤️

UPS lost a gown that Sachin Babi shipped. We were in the countdown of a very important wedding and the company jumped right in to help. They were very communicative and sent another gown. They are an incredibly professional company and probably one of the best I’ve ever worked with in terms of problem resolution.

The dress is beautiful and size 4 fits well. The small jacket is still too big so I will have it altered.

Jessica did such a great job listening to what we wanted, making us feel comfortable, and knowing what would look good on us!
