It wasn’t clear that final sale items couldn’t be refunded. They also wouldn’t cancel the order as they said it was too late as being processed. Would not buy from them again . If the dress does not fit will have to try to sell it

Ive only recently discovered your brand. I was a bit nervous trying to decide on the appropriate size to order. Luckily i chose correctly.
I love the 2 dresses i chose. Your textures and colirs are exquusite.
I live in a tropical climate in an upscale development. Think island vibe. There are venues and events which call for your styles however i’d like you to consider a few
ideas. 1) more midi length rather than maxi 2) cap or half sleeves and 3)either sude zippers or pulls with a hole so its possible to self zip rather than needing assistance.

Ordering from the site is simple and shipping is wonderful. However, the return policy is very stringent and while I don't mind the 14 day return window, they have not acknowledged my return and we are going on 19 days. I have worked with other companies who let you know immediately when they received the product return and even tell you the time frame of when you will receive your refund. I have over $2000 in returns (I kept one of the dresses) and they have not acknowledged receipt of my returns.

I needed to exchange for a different size. It was very simple.

The dress is well made and is true to size, The colour is not vibrant as advertised . It is a sad colour green . I am the mother of the bride. It is a happy occasion and therefore , I am going to return it . I appreciate your inquiry .

I had so many compliments on my dress! It fit perfectly and was so comfortable to wear!

Customers beware!! This company has no problem charging your credit card immediately upon purchase (standard) and once item is received, if it is not what you’re hoping for in terms of fit or overall look and when it’s IMMEDIATELY returned via UPS and you know for certain it’s been received at their warehouse, it takes an INORDINATE AMOUNT OF TIME for returned item to be inspected (and you know you sent it back with tags on, never worn and in perfect condition) and to receive your refund due! Unbelievably lengthy process. There’s zero need for such a poor return policy.

Terrible customer service, I’m still waiting a response weeks later. They sent me a dress w alarm tag on the skirt. The quality of the dress is disappointing!

The showroom is absolutely gorgeous and feels so zen! The selection was amazing! Katherine was incredibly friendly, helpful, supportive and really listened to me!! Found the most amazing Mother of the Groom AND Welcome Party dress - and they weren’t something I would have thought to look at!! The quality and feel of the dresses is so luxurious!! And Katherine felt like a really good friend who only had my best interest in mind!!! So very happy!

Order process was easy, website is easy to navigate. Order arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I had to return this item. The return process is stated to be quite lengthy, but maybe it won't be as long of a wait for my account to be credited as the company is predicting.
