Customers who purchase through our website or at our New York City showroom are invited to enjoy complimentary side seam and hem alterations at no additional cost, ensuring a truly impeccable fit. A $50 security deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable at the time of your visit. Once alterations are completed, your garment becomes a final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Additionally, returns or exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed during alteration appointments.
