These guys should be politicians as they won’t give a straight answer. Ordered with guaranteed Xmas delivery, paid for express shipping, only to be repeatedly being told they have my order and the ‘ team are working on it as quickly as possible’. I asked time after time would it be here for Xmas as advertised and I could not get that answer from them (despite them knowing it wouldn’t arrive in time).

Do your research. There’s lot of companies offering Sabors and I recommend avoiding this company.

Dealt mainly with Jaz Parker, kept me informed all throughout from order to delivery, friendly and helpful service.

Saber itself is great, quality is fantastic, sound and feel is awesome too, exactly what I wanted, very happy and would recommend to anyone

I placed and order for $614.98 and I never even got an order number and I was trying to contact there customer service and they have been zero help it’s times like this when I hate buying online if I ever receive this order it will be the last one I get from Sabertheory
I should also mention it’s been 4 days since my original purchase date

The saber is good minus the sound. The sound quality is poor. Good thing I got this for Black friday because this is overpriced at what it regularly goes for. I took another star down because the customer service plays dumb when you mention any issues you have.

The whole process from purchase to delivery went very smoothly and without any problems. I was kept informed of every step by email.
The two Sabers are awesome! They are very easy to use and a lot of fun to duel with. You have different sounds and you can choose different colors. I can only recommend Sabertheory. Greetings from Germany.

Communication is key and SaberTheory communicated with me at pretty much every step. Something I can confidently say I don't think I have experienced at all with any other company. I'm new to the lightsaber experience so I can't compare different lightsaber companies but with what I have received from SaberTheory, it is of really great quality. Their seasonal deals are also really amazing such as buy one get one free. Overall, I will probably buy another saber from them eventually.

The Sabers are absolutely great. The steering in the beginning is a bit complicated but as soon as you get a feeling for it, you‘ll start swinging around like Yoda.

Tried to buy two light sabers with the discount code and free shipping they relentlessly promoted. The codes never worked and the free shipping was actually a partial cash back to be spent in their site only. Completely false advertising- and they never responded to emails asking for help.
I’ll have a very sad son at Xmas.

The reply to this is so lame! The worldwide Nova Saber is $245 AU. I have conversed clearly with your team about not placing an order because none of the codes worked, instead I sought help to ensure I was able to get a Xmas present for my son at the price point it was promoted at. You didn’t initially reply to my emails and instead just spammed me with more misleading promotions.

SaberTheory kept me updated when it came to my order and let me know if the lightsabers I ordered were gonna be later than expected. Would definitely recommend them!

I had questions about promo codes and their sabers. I got a quick answer and the representative was fast and thorough with their answers. I have 3 sabers from Saber Theory and plan to purchase many more in the future!

Beautiful product, very easy to use.

The delivery was on track and very easy to track.

I placed an order during the buy one get one free offer, the first problem was that they emailed me a week later asking me to select a different saber, as the one we wanted was no longer available. We did this, paid even more to make up the difference, and waited for delivery.
When the package arrived it contained the "free" saber, and when I contacted them to address this they wanted a video showing the unboxing of the package. After this I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
Overall, it is a very bad experience, and all we got was a very expensive "free" saber which is not even the one we wanted.

First time buying from them wanted a cheap saber that I could do spin work with without damaging my replicas. This saber didn't disappoint if you're a seasoned saber spinner or a initiate in saber tricking it's a good spinner! It got here in under 12 days shipping was super fast.
Support was great when I was confirming my address and they care about the customer
