Ryan Luke Arvostelua

Love this course! Everything from A to Z. And what also very important for many - course not overpriced like many other.
Ryan really gives a lot of very valuable information in his courses.
Highly recommended!

Clear and concise course, thank you.

Excellent knowledge and willing to share the knowledge in great detail. Great mentor helping to avoid common pitfalls and always advocate for taking the long term success route rather than the easy way.

Very sceptical of these online courses but even at the entry level I feel liking I’m learning something new everyday. The community side is amazing with loads of people that are very generous with their time answering questions and queries. This is a must if you are just starting out or already into the swing of it. 💪🏻

After months of signing up to various masterclasses/ webinars etc to get guidance on the best strategy to move forward with, I'm glad I joined Ryan Luke. Real helpful and practical information, no 'gatekeeping' and a genuine interest in helping others. Which for me was the main selling point having interacted with many other providers that don't have the same level of personal interest, just if you can pay them the mentoring fee. I'm looking forward to the continued guidance and resources to keep me focused on my property journey and goals.

I have been doing Ryan's courses for a while now and really find them so invaluable. The knowledge he gives has helped me move further in my business. I was stuck a year ago and now things are moving in the right direction because of Ryan's support

Great value for those wanting to switch to contractor-focused serviced accommodation.

I joined the Ryan-Luke Contractor BNB Mentorship to get a proper step-by-step plan (not just theory), and it’s delivered exactly that. The content is well-structured, easy to follow, with a no BS approach.

Absolutely no fluff - Ryan is quick to the point and very insightful on all things Contractor Service Accommodation related. Hugely recommend to anyone looking to expand in the field.

I had a great experience working with Ryan Luke. He was professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Ryan took the time to understand my needs and delivered exactly what was promised, with excellent attention to detail.
I really appreciated his transparency, responsiveness, and commitment to quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan Luke to anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable service.

If you’re looking to start or scale a serviced accommodation business, this is a really useful resource. The tools are practical, easy to apply, and focused on real-world execution rather than theory.

Good for anyone wanting clearer systems, better structure, and more confidence moving forward.

Highly recommended.

Recently joined Ryan's Skool academy as part of his Black Friday offer and I have to say the content is excellent. Provides some fantastic advice and training materials and the community is priceless.

Ryan provides no-nonsence step-by-step guidance, being aproachable directly, not often found in other property communities.
Extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
Highly recommended.

I just joined the community and I must say am truly loving it. I have access to resources without having to pay huge fees as I did with other property coaches and yet the quality of information and knowledge I have gained since joining has been life changing. And for a beginner like me, it’s been a worthwhile experience and I will gladly encourage anyone who is looking to start their property journey to start here. I am so glad I signed up.

I have be given a lot of help and advice from Ryan, he is straight-talking and I feel confident in going forward, especially being new at property but have done other courses, it is nice to know someone is encouraging me to go forward starting from scratch.

Great content and easy to follow. This is going to help me define my strategy better

Ryan’s teachings are honest and up to date. He doesn’t bore you with unnecessary info, just straight talking and to the point. Thanks Ryan

Cheers. Keith

New starter to the course and everything seems really good loads to learn and can’t wait to get properly stuck in !

Started following Ryan's content towards the start of 2025 and he's clearly one of the most honest and detailed experts in the field.

His content is easy to understand and avoids all the typical guru bull.

Would highly recommend connecting with Ryan.
