Ryan Luke Arvostelua

Have been using the AI system for 3 weeks and have made more progress than I did in the previous two years.
Strategy, systems, contact lists and company registration already completed.
Ask the right questions, get the immediate response you require with full support and guidance 24/7. It’s ChatGPT on steroids, but designed specifically for property.
If you want to finally commit without more dithering, this will set you on your way.
Incredible tool.

Top notch. Great value. Luke’s got a wealth of experience in this space so it’s great to learn directly from him in a face to face environment.

Great training and delivered in the most concise manner

Clear and concise information. Tried and tested methods. No jargon, just simple direction and reasoning behind certain methods, saving time and more importantly money by using proven strategies. Time taken to explain different business models and the pros and cons to help make the right decision that works for you. Ryan Luke is my go to now after having wasted time with other online gurus.

Simplistic, well delivered and super relevant education. Absolute beginner here, learning my way in property investment. This has been a honest and easy to follow ‘breath of fresh air’ in a confusing/bs filled investment world. It has provided me the foundations for moving forward, with much more knowledge and confidence. Cheers Ryan and the ContractorBnB community 👍🏼

Ryan Luke’s property courses are on another level. Clear, practical, and straight to the point no waffle, no recycled YouTube theory. Every module feels like it’s built from real experience, not just textbook knowledge.

What I appreciated most was how actionable everything is. You’re not left thinking “that was interesting you’re thinking “right, I can use that tomorrow.” The strategies are broken down in a way that makes complex deals feel achievable, even if you’re not starting with a huge pot of cash.

The mindset training alone is worth it, it pushes you to think bigger and act smarter. If you’re serious about property and want proper guidance rather than guesswork, Ryan Luke’s courses are a solid investment. Highly recommended.

I asked to cancel a subscription and was blocked the same day. Imagine my disgust when this guy keeps trying to charge my account every month and fails because I have blocked the payment. He is also a vile individual who is rude and untrustworthy. After you pay 1 pound there is a funnel for a subscription , buyer beware!!!

Very informative and true to point

This is the best ever community and platform - system created by Ryan to help everyone very efficiently. Every single time I am impressed with something new I learn. Everything is so affordable, easy access, and all community is interacting, helping so much. From only a dreamer I became an action taker, as Ryan is interacting personally as well with very good offers. If you are not yet In hurry up!

Hello

It's hard to comment as I have not used any of the resources as I asked to cancel but cannot locate the cancellation policy and have had no confirmation on the site despite Ryan asking me if I wanted to cancel on there, and me confirming yes.

There are also no terms and conditions on the website.

Can you please confirm, Ryan?

Thanks

Update 13/02

I have emailed and messaged Ryan multiple times confirming yes I do want to cancel. Zero response.
No cancellation policy was provided when I joined, which is against the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
I've been nothing but polite, and don't understand why I'm being ignored.
None of the links on his website click through to anything for privacy policy, terms and conditions etc.

Step by step, I learn fromthe webinar. This is a good training provider to start your property investment journey

No fluff and straight to the point. Great wisdom and knowledge.

Consistent useful information is given throughout the course with shared and like minded ideas. this isn't a one off knowledge share, it's a community to grow.
