Arrived promptly. Well packaged and manual was easily accessible. It was not what I wanted. I didn't realize I had to do a little bit of work to set it up.

Horrible service
Horrible service, horrible product. Lights are amateur st best, heater provided no heat whatsoever. The requirements placed on me to return the product utterly ridiculous. How do I film the heater producing no heat? The "flame" looks like a person who never saw fire created it. Don't see the need for so many light colors and combos for a heater that generates no heat. DO NOT PURCHASE. if I could give negative 5 stats, I would.

It looks great and the flames and logs are very realistic.
It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy.
My only complaint ( be it very small) is that it ships in 2 different packages. If they had arrived on the same day there would be no complaint at all.

Nice and sturdy
Nice and sturdy, flames look realistic. My only complaint is that it’s impossible to tell what’s going on with the heater option. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful piece, priced fairly, and just the right size.
