A brand new and modern provincial auction house, located in the heart of Royal Wootton Bassett. We specialise in antiques, jewellery, fine art, coins, militaria and much more. Sellers can consign their items for exceptionally low fees, which are some of the lowest in the UK. Buyers Premium is 22% + VAT. On sale days, you can bid in person in our modern air-conditioned auction rooms, or through our website. Our on-site Bistro, Quercus, is open for brunch, lunch and evening meals and great coffee. We offer free car parking to visitors and we have 3 EV charging points. Note: You must register your car with reception to avoid receiving a parking charge.

Generally a very excellent experience. After winning my lot I had a few minor issues requesting a postal quote. Generally though the buyers premiums were clearly stated and the postal quote good. And my item was with me within three days.

The RWB auctioneer is very slow!!!!
RWB auctions have some really nice items for sale. I was interested in some lots in their sale on the 18th June 2025.
The main issue is the speed of the auctioneer, he's doing less than 60 lots an hour. Its painfully slow and such a waste of my time. 100 lots an hour should be the minimum. Some auctioneers do 180 lots/hour. 120/hour is typical.
This has really put me off from using them again.
Come on RWB, get a move on.

We take great pride in providing a professional and welcoming experience for all of our customers. The Best in the Business
I was extremely lucky a friend recommended RWB. Right from the outset they were helpful, efficient and very professional. I had lost my partner and was in a flounder with so many items to sell. RWB took away all the pressure, organised and auctioned everything, it all sold and well! A special mention to Gareth who was simply amazing. Very helpful advice
I had clear and helpful advice when I brought my items in, the procedure was easy to understand and the sale proved the estimates were excellent. I have now used RWB Auctions twice and will do so again if I need an auction house. They make a real effort to make things easy for a seller

So happy with my experience with RWB Auction House. They have some really beautiful items in their catalogues. They responded to my queries quickly before the auction and my items were received promptly even though I live in Ireland. An efficient purchase experience
The listing photos were good quality and the description had all the key details. The online bidding process was easy and the paperwork came quickly. Collection was booked online and everything was ready when I arrived at their very smart offices. Clearly a well oiled machine and I'd be confident to buy from them again

They Value the vast majority of Gold & Silver items as Scrap
The so called Jewellery expert valued all my items which included a men’s Gold Rolex watch and a Tiffany & Co chain at scrap value.
All they want to do is get items sold to earn their commission from both the seller and buyer. Would I use them again NO , as the only person winning out of the relationship is the auctioneer.

On Saturday 24 May we called you out on Facebook for using an image belonging to us to promote your own jewellery buying business.
We had no other option other than publicly calling you out because the last time you used our images without consent, you blocked us, hence we couldn't message you directly.
In retaliation for us getting Facebook to remove our intellectual property from your adverts, you have chosen to leave negative reviews on this page and with our sister company, Gold Traders.
When a moderator of one of the Facebook groups challenged your use of our images in a direct message, you became abusive and blocked her from messaging you any further. She was kind enough to send us screenshots of your unpleasant replies.
We wish you well with your jewellery buying business, but please don't use our photographs :)
