A brand new and modern provincial auction house, located in the heart of Royal Wootton Bassett. We specialise in antiques, jewellery, fine art, coins, militaria and much more. Sellers can consign their items for exceptionally low fees, which are some of the lowest in the UK. Buyers Premium is 22% + VAT. On sale days, you can bid in person in our modern air-conditioned auction rooms, or through our website. Our on-site Bistro, Quercus, is open for brunch, lunch and evening meals and great coffee. We offer free car parking to visitors and we have 3 EV charging points. Note: You must register your car with reception to avoid receiving a parking charge.

Truly superb service
The day after I had paid the shipping cost, for an auction lot purchased the previous day, I was informed that the item had been packed and consigned to a courier service. It arrived expertly packed.
That is superb service, well worthy of 5*s

First and last time using these donkeys.
(1)They take photos of the items to hide any damage.
(2) they manipulate the photos to make it appear there is more than one item available.
(3) I have used numerous auctions over the years and if the items are faulty this is mentioned in the description but nope.
(4) wouldn't take the items back but more than happy to put them back up for sale. Yeah I bet you are for the commissions lol.

Having thoroughly checked our records, including our bidder registrations across Easy Live Auction and The Saleroom, as well as our full customer database, we cannot find any record of you as a buyer, seller, or registered bidder with RWB Auctions at any point.
We would never want a genuine customer to have had this experience, which is exactly why we investigated so carefully. However, we are confident that we have not had any dealings with you, and we believe this review may have been intended for a different auction house.
There are a number of auction businesses in our region, and we are occasionally confused with others in the area. If you are able to double-check who you transacted with, we would encourage you to raise your concerns directly with the correct business, as they will be best placed to help you.

Having dealt with RWB Auctions and having found them very professional, friendly, knowledgable and easy to deal with, when being asked to consigne a 43 year collection of Militaria for sale then I had no hesitation in calling on RWB. We are now looking forward to the 'Kevin Taylor Collection' penciled in for 27th May. Thank you guys for your hard work (over 2 days) clearing the collection. Anyone interested in any militaria should make a note of the date!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. I arrived with bags of "things" that I did not know whether they were valuable, real gold or worth selling. Gordon was so helpful, didn't make me feel ignorant and advised me what to do do with all the items. Advised what to "melt" what to auction. Really enjoyed my visit to the office and Kelly made me very welcome. Great, honest prices as well.

A good experience
