I needed my passport to provide proof of ID for a new job that I'm starting in the new year, but to my horror, my passport was expired. What to do; what to do? Well, after speaking with Ms. Kim at Rush Passport, I knew THAT was the place for me. They were professional and my passport was ready today, and now I can relax and focus on my new job.

I enjoyed my experience, explained the process and pricing really well. I even got my passport a day early.
Thank you

Rush agency was great! They made a stressful experience go smoothly and their 24/7 phone service was extremely helpful!!

My passport was still valid but not long enough to meet the 90 day requirement to travel out of the country. I thought there was no way I would be able to make the trip and then I found RushPassport. I highly recommend them! Wonderful prompt service! Great staff!

I had the best experience in getting my vise. The whole process was quick and painless. The people I dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you!

From the moment I called and spoke with Roman I felt prepared and at ease that I would be able to effectively get through the expedited passport process; I also appreciated his personal text follow up.

I met with Ally and she was excellent. She walked me through everything and did it with a positive attitude.

Overall, they took what could be an anxiety filled experience to a seamless process that I felt supported throughout.

Thank you!

After putting it off for months and dreading the experience of an expired passport renewal (in a travel time crunch), I couldn't have been happier with my service. My agent was fantastic, friendly, thorough and so knowledgeable. The whole experience was a breeze from start to finish. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend RushPassport without hesitation!
