🚨 WARNING for anyone ordering from @rummosshop 🚨
I ordered dance shoes worth €710.50 from Rummos to the UK, and they failed to inform me that I would be hit with customs charges. Now, I am being asked to pay an additional £190+ in import fees, which they never mentioned at checkout.
To make matters worse, I was wrongly charged Portuguese VAT (€133.26), which should have been deducted for an international order. Despite multiple emails, Rummos is ignoring my refund request and dragging their feet, hoping I’ll just pay the extra costs myself.
This is not how a professional business should treat customers. If you’re considering buying from them internationally, be warned—they don’t provide clear information about customs fees, and getting a refund is a nightmare.
@rummosshop, I expect you to resolve this immediately. Refund the VAT you wrongly charged me, or I’ll refuse delivery, and you’ll have to cover the return costs yourselves.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from Rummos to try on, as the retailer guarantees on its website that returns and exchanges are easy and hassle-free.
The items arrived quickly. I decided to return some of them and initiated the return process. Shortly after, I received an email from the customer service, in which they even asked for feedback on how they could improve. I returned the shoes within the required timeframe and tracked the package to confirm that it had been successfully delivered.
However, I never received a refund or any further communication from the shop. I tried to contact customer service through various channels and sent dozens of emails – all of which went unanswered. I assume that they initially responded to my return request because they wanted to resell the shoes but never intended to refund my money!
Several months after my return was received by the retailer, I called their customer service (+351 227 534 395). A representative actually answered and assured me that they would resolve the issue and get back to me the same day – which, of course, never happened.

In case you got scammed by Rummos, try to get your money back by reporting them to the payment service you used (e.g. PayPal). However, be aware that PayPal buyer protection does not cover returns! If you return an item but do not receive a refund, PayPal may not protect you. However, it is worth a try.

Rummos owes me several hundred euros, and I am now considering legal action. A complete scam!

En un tema de cambio de zapatos, tras dos mensajes iniciales, ya no contestan a ningún correo. Envié los zapatos y nada de nada. Los han recibido hace una semana y siguen sin contestar. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

A éviter , aucune réponse au mail , pas de nouvelles des commandes que vous passez. Toujours rien reçu après 1 mois. Une honte

J’avais peur à cause des autres avis sur ce site mais les chaussures sont arrivées en parfait état.
Je les ai commandées le 28 décembre et je les ai reçues le 18 janvier (elles ont été envoyées le 10 janvier - après un mail de ma part demandant le statut de mes chaussures comme je n’avais pas de nouvelles).
Ne pas hésiter à envoyer des mails en cas de doute !
Super qualité et taille parfaitement bien par rapport à ce que j’espérais. (Je fais du 35-36, j’ai pris du 34,5 wide car je souhaitais arriver au bout de la chaussure)

J'ai commandé samedi dernier une paire de chaussures pour le cours de danse de ma fille. Ce site avait été recommandé par d'autres danseuses de cette école. Donc, j'ai fait confiance et j'ai payé 117 EUR. J'ai reçu un accusé de réception de la commande et puis plus rien. Lundi, j'ai lu les avis très négatifs et j'ai bien sûr eu le sentiment de m'être fait berner, convaincu qu'on ne recevrait jamais la commande. Aujourd'hui, soit 6 jours plus tard, je rentre du boulot et la commande est dans la boîte! Alors franchement chapeau! Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce site. Comme recommandé par les autres danseuses du groupe, il faut choisir 1/2 pointure en plus de votre pointure habituelle et c'est parfait. Je mets 4 étoiles uniquement parce qu'ils auraient pu envoyer un email lors de l'envoi de la commande, ce qui m'aurait complètement rassuré. Mais franchement, ils loupent les 5 étoiles d'un rien. Je précise aussi que la qualité est au rdv, il y a même un sac de rangement pour les chaussures. Nous recommandons franchement ce site.

As I see from many reviews here, I'm not the only one who was skammed by this shop. I asked for exchange, and they never sent me a new pair of shoes. Then I claimed refund, but they ignored my emails. I had to initiate refund through the bank. Also, they did not reimburse postage costs for exchange. Overall, very bad experience. This is a disgrace for such a brand!

Nao comprem na Rummos!!!!!! Desde março que aguardo devolução €. A partir do momento em que receberam os sapatos de volta, silencio absoluto! A pagina deles no Facebook está cheia de reclamações de há pelo menos 3 anos com queixas semelhantes. Tenho pena nao ter visto antes. Como é que uma empresa destas ainda está aberta ao publico???? J'avais commandé 2 paires de chaussures sur Rummos Shop, pour 232.30 €. Les chaussures étaient très instables. Je les ai renvoyé dans les temps, mais je n'ai jamais été remboursée. Aucune réponse à mes relances par mail.
A éviter !!

I didn't get the rights soule on one pair of shoes I ordered. Was in touch with them and sended all shoes back. I can see they have recived the shoes but since then it's impossible to get in touch with them. I ordered in februari and now 30th of april I still have not get my money back.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have ordered from them before, and the shoes are amazing. But if they dont fit, you ain't gonna get your money back.. :( If they don't answer during this week I have to report the company

Ich kann die schlechten Erfahrungen vieler anderer User nur bestätigen.
Ware kam zwar nach längerer Lieferzeit an. Aber zwei paar in gleicher Größe unterscheiden sich in knapp 1 cm Länge.
Beide passen leider nicht.
Auf meine mehrmalige Nachfrage nach einer Rücksendeadresse hat nie jemand reagiert. Ich würde gerne - auch wie genannt - zu eigenen Kosten zurücksenden, aber wenn ich hier lese, dass Gelder für Rücksendungen bei anderen nie erstattet worden sind, versuche ich sie lieber Second-Hand zu verkaufen.

Hände weg oder über den deutschen Seller kaufen, die aber eben keine halben Größen anbieten.

Never delivered item - basically stole £100+ from me.

It took 3 weeks to receive my shoes instead of 5 days which is stated on their website. They seem of good quality but the customer service is quite poor. They only replied to one of my emails.
Fortunately, I received the pair I ordered, which is a bit big, but even if I wanted to send it back they don't reply to my emails.
I would definitely not recommend them to anyone else.

A fuire !! L'envoie dès chaussures est ok mais si ensuite elles sont trop petites ou autre, vous n'aurez rien en retour, ni chaussures, ni remboursement, ni même de réponse à vos mails.
Si vous êtes dans cette même situation, voyez auprès de l'agence pour les consommateurs européens. Il est nécessaire que leurs pratiques soient connues et sanctionnées.

De schoenen die ik bij Rummos besteld had pasten mij niet. Heeft lange tijd geduurd eer ik een antwoord kreeg op mijn mails om deze te mogen terugsturen. Via track &trace de schoenen teruggestuurd. Het kostte me €36. Heb bewijs dat de schoenen door Rummos in ontvangst zijn genomen. De schoenen worden niet terugbetaald. Ze antwoorden me zelfs niet meer op de mails om terug te betalen!!

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit meiner Bestellung und sogar dem Tausch auf eine andere Größe, da mir die bestellten Schuhe leider doch zu eng waren. Die Bestellung kam relativ schnell aus Portugal, die Schuhe von Rummos sind vom ausgezeichneten Qualität! Ich habe auch eine Rückmeldung vom Rummos-Shop Team auf meine Anfrage per Email bekommen, der Schuhtausch konnte auch ohne Problem abgewickelt werden, ein Optimierungspunkt wäre dabei eine Rückinfo wg. des erfolgten Versand, was nicht der Fall war, aber die Lieferung wurde schnell problemlos zugestellt, ich bin mit meinen Rummos Schuhen sehr zufrieden.

After 40 stressful days I finally received my ordered shoes. To be honest, I already thought I have lost my money.
Luckely the shoes fit and they look good. But even they didn't fit I wouldn't send them back because of poor communication with Rummos customer service.
They answered to my first two e-mails where I was asking about my order status, and they promised to send the shoes next week and then again next week. After I didn't receive shoes as promised, they stopped to answer me.
To avoid stressful time, I would suggest to buy shoes in some more trustful shop.
Also please note, that the heels high they measure inside the heel, that means that 6cm heel actually is 8 cm high.

Very nice shoes but very poor customer service. No response to the messages I have sent to them and after a few months I'm still waiting for them to ship me the shoes that I requested as an exchange of the return made. I'm considering to raise a dispute case with my bank.
