Dodgy

I ordered a rug 7 days ago and for some weird reason I received an email asking me to transfer the money which isn't secure so I went back on to website and paid by card. 7 days later and no real help as hard to get anyone at rugs.com I am still without my rug and now I'm being told I haven't paid, IV asked my bank to cancel the payment as this seems dodgy, don't transfer money to them as may be a scam.
