Just as other reviews have mentioned, they add on items at checkout without you realising, and then when you email to cancel the order they won't because the process of fulfilling the order has already started. They have now told me I need to return the patches now that they have been delivered. If previous reviews are anything to go by, it's going to come at a cost.
AVOID!!!!! You're better off ordering a different brand or maybe through a different provider.

My Wellnee Miracle
I was looking to have surgery on my knees due to falling and pain that I could not handle anymore about 2 years ago. By the grace of God, I saw your advertisement on a game that I play for Wellnee patches. I decided to give them a try, though I wasn’t too convinced it would help me from getting surgery. When they arrived, I started using them right away, pray they would keep me from going under the knife. I used them faithfully for almost a year, I can honestly tell you the patches worked. I still get pain once in a while because I also have osteoarthritis, but when that happens I just apply a patch and feel better in no time. Thank you so much for creating them.

They improved the product by making…
They improved the product by making them easier to remove and use. They bend in the middle now. I had initially used the product for my knees, but now i use them for sciatica. The herbs or formula works in some way. I believe they help break up uric acid. This is my opinion they work i just don't know how. I brought some to work for my army friend that jumped out of planes.

BEWARE …SCAM COMPANY!!
Tried to order their highly-advertised knee brace. Website pesters you with upselling. Thought I had declined all upsells, but order still included more than just knee brace.
When I contacted company within an hour of placing order to cancel, was told order already in system. Don’t believe that. Told if I returned items would be a shipping charge. Another way to make money!
So far, receiving runaround emails that do not resolve my issue, i.e., sorry, but you will have to pay shipping charges on all returns. This experience is following same storyline as a purchase I made couple years ago with a Chinese company. Kill the customer with runaround emails that never resolve problem. Eventually he will just tire and accept he is just another sucker!

Knee patches work
Knee patches work! They have eliminated pain and even when I am not wearing them now, my knees are so much better! I have also recently tried the Joint Support Supplement. It is a Game Changer! I noticed a difference in 2-3 days! Between the two products, my knees and joints have shown significant improvement. This is my 2nd order of knee patches and I will be ordering more Joint Support.

Excellent Customer Service
I inadvertently placed an order using my old email address and previous home address and I was in a panic trying to get this changed before my order was processed. I created a ticket but was asked to provide an order number which I didn’t have because of it being sent to the old email address for which I no longer had access. After putting in a fictitious order number, my ticket was created. This was my only issue with the ticketing system because it would not create a ticket without the order number.
Once I found a work around, the Wellness Team responded and began working quickly to resolve my issue. Every question that I asked was answered immediately. I want to thank everyone who responded and helped me get the correct resolution. Awesome job!
