A little too expensive for the what you…
A little too expensive for the what you get. I appreciate the custom fit nature of the products but they cost as much as OEM strap products. Also I would have thought my strap would come with a black PVD buckle but it came with silver. It was for a Tudor black bay ceramic. For this much money I would have hoped for a matching black buckle to use as an alternative to the OEM black PVD clasp.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment ... We make an Integrated strap that perfectly fits your Tudor BB Ceramic's original black deployment buckle because it was made specifically for the BB C. However, you selected instead the beautiful SwimSkin Series, a universal type of strap, so not integrated with your particular buckle. You are correct that we do not offer a black buckle option, but we do try to be clear on our website that the optional buckle is not black. All of the many various photos show a stainless steel buckle and all descriptions say "stainless steel buckle". When customers ask us about this (some do), we explain that the buckle can be replaced with any other buckle of wide tongue shape, or our buckle can be DLC or PVD plated by a local jeweler.
In any case, we understand your feelings and will take your comments to the development team for improvement.

Knapp 300.-€ für das Kautschukband…
Knapp 300.-€ für das Kautschukband schlucke ich ja noch, die Qualität stimmt und ich habe für meine Rolex auch schon einige.
Aber dass bei dem Tudor Band die Halteschlaufe so groß ist, das sich das überstehende Band da gar nicht richtig klemmt, und immer wieder nachgeschoben werden muss, ist einfach nicht Akzeptabel für den Preis.
Ich habe zuvor erst mal ein 20.-€ Kautschukband aus China gekauft, ob ein Kautschuk an meiner Uhr überhaupt gut aussieht, das Band hat diesen „Mangel“ nicht und ich muss auch nichts nachschieben, das hält Super.
Sehr Schade Rubber B, dass ihr das nicht so gut durchdacht habt, ihr solltet da unbedingt Nacharbeiten, denn so bleibt man immer am Bandende hängen.
Update, da ich nicht auf die Antwort von Rubber B direkt antworten kann:
Hallo Rubber B Team,
ich habe ganz sicher das richtige Band für meine Tudor, sie verstehen nur nicht um was es geht. Das Band hat zwei Schlaufen um das Endstück vom Band zu Sichern, diese zwei Schlaufen sind aber zu locker, deshalb rutscht das Band bzw. die Schlaufe hin und her. Wäre die Schlaufe etwas enger, wäre das die Lösung. Aktuell ist einfach nur lästig alle paar Minuten die Schlaufe wieder zu verschieben. Sie schreiben das es eine großartige Integration ohne Mängel ist, das ist es aber nicht. Sie sollten sich das Band einfach mal richtig anschauen und auf die Kritik des Kunden eingehen, anstatt nur alles schön zu Reden. Ich schicke Ihnen gerne Bilder oder Videos das sie auf meinen Hinweis-/Mangel reagieren können.
Ich schicke Ihnen gerne ein Kautschukband aus China, das Kostet 12.-€ und passt Perfekt, evtl. können sie sich da noch etwas abschauen.
Tut mir Leid für die direkten Worte, aber Ihre Antwort auf meinen Reklamation ist ei fach nicht Kundenorientiert. Sie stellen mich als zu Dumm hin und behaupten das ich ein falsches Band habe. Schauen sie in meine Bestellung, es ist für die Tudor Black Bay Chrono und passt ja auch, nur die Schlaufe für das Band ist zu locker…wenn Sie das nicht mal selbst testen, tut es mir leid, für mic als Nutzer ist es bei einem Band für knapp 300.-€ inakzeptabel, vor allem, wenn es ein 12.-€ Band aus China Perfekt kann.
Akzeptieren sie das und bessern sie für zukünftige Käufer einfach nach, aber behaupten sie nicht dass das Band falsch ist. Ich habe die Bewertung nun von 3 auf 2 Sterne Reduziert, der Grund ist Ihre Reaktion auf Reklamationen bzw. wie sie damit umgehen.
Das Problem würde sich ganz einfach lösen lassen, einfach die Schlaufen etwas enger gestalten und schon wäre das Bandende gut und rutschsicher verstaut, aber sie gestehen sich ja leider keine Mängel ein, sehr schade. Mein Profilbild zeigt wieviel Luft die Schlaufe lässt, also kein Wunder das sie hin und her rutscht.
Wir sind einfach alles nur Menschen, und es ist nun mal nicht alles Perfekt, es könnte aber nahezu Perfekt sein, wenn Sie die Probleme-/Reklamationen Ihrer Käufer ernst nehmen würden.

We are surprised to see your review here. The strap you purchased is explicitly designed for the Tudor BB Chrono 41 and it's clasp from LEATHER strap models. It is a magnificent integration with zero flaws, and the strap fits the buckle impeccably without any issues. Therefore, we believe you have the wrong strap for the wrong watch or buckle that was not intended for this strap.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE: This strap is not compatible with the 42mm Heritage Chrono or the new BB 41 ceramic model.
We were not able to locate any email messages from you about your issue, as we always answer emails the same business day and we also are available for live immediate telephone assistance M-F / 9-5 EST.

I ordered the wrong strap… doh!
I ordered the wrong strap for my 2020 Sky Dweller initially; I was frustrated at my mistake but Rubber B’s customer service was responsive and provided me two options to resolve the issue. Within a few days I had the correct strap installed and it looks and feels amazing. OEM like look and feel. My return credit was issued a few days after. A true test of a company is how well try handle returns and exchanges. I recommend Rubber B, great company and products.
