Regarding pricing: Rubber B straps are manufactured in the most costly and same top Swiss factory as other independent watch brands you probably are familiar with (Hublot, Richard Mille, Vacheron Constantin, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Patek Philippe, to name a few who manufacture their OEM straps at the RB factory). They sell their straps at much higher price levels than RB, as we wish to meet the needs of a more inclusive audience.

Hello Alireza,

We are saddened to hear your review and surprised. The T807 strap you purchased is made exactly to easily mount the Black Bay Pro and will not fit any other Tudor watch model. You must either have the incorrect watch model or the incorrect strap for it, especially when you say it is uncomfortable—which is another red flag that you are using the wrong product with the wrong watch.

We were not able to locate any emails from you about your complaint here. We always answer emails the same day and are available for immediate live-person customer service M-F / 9-5 EST via telephone, so there is no reason for you to feel frustrated.

Installing a Rubber B strap is as simple as removing your spring bars with a simple Bergeon 6767-f tool (not pliers or complicated tongs), sliding your spring bars into the perfectly calibrated strap shaft, and then clicking them back into position on your watch. If you are unfamiliar with or are less than comfortable with removing your Tudor bracelet yourself, then we recommend that you visit a professional luxury watch shop, and have them mount the strap for you, so that you do not scratch or damage your watch or spring bars. It should take an experienced watch person less than five minutes total to remove a Tudor bracelet and install the Rubber B strap to it. The strap should always be installed from the rear of the watch (never the front). You can use tape to protect your lugs while installing.

Interestingly, your name cannot be located in our past orders system (dating back to 2011), just as you are not verified here by Trust Pilot either. in any case, below are our responses to your statements...

1) Our straps do not tear with normal, highly active daily wear. Our customers return for replacement purchases around the 5-year mark on average (not due to tearing but rather needing to be refreshed for suppleness).
2) All emails are answered the same business day without exception. Always check our Spam and Junk folders if you do not receive an immediate reply from us.
3) We are also available via telephone for a live man without any barriers or robots. Justcall 1 (305) 771-23 69 on any weekday 9-5 EST.
4) All of the replica straps on third-party websites are made in China with sub-par materials and calibrations, so they are absolutely not identical to any of our detail-minded clients. In sharp contrast, Rubber B straps are manufactured in the most costly and same top Swiss factory as other independent watch brands you probably are familiar with (Hublot, Richard Mille, Vacheron Constantin, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Patek Philippe, to name a few who make their OEM straps at the RB factory but price them double).

In summary, your comments here are mysterious to us, but you have the right to your opinion and to your review.

The $30 INTERNATIONAL UPS SHIPPING AMOUNT YOU PAID IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SHIPMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, you were only charged a $20 return fee, as is described in detail below...

Your statements here are misleading and inaccurate, which is why they do not line up with the thousand verified reviews here from other customers over 12 years.

We do not charge hidden fees or profit from returns. Our return policy is listed clearly on our website. It is a very common return policy like that of most e-commerce retailers who are not big-box stores such as Amazon or drop-ship behemoths such as Far-Fetch. Our International customers, when checking out on our website in their shopping cart, pay a courtesy flat rate of $30 for UPS Worldwide shipping (we cover the actual higher cost of UPS Express, which is anywhere from $40-$90, depending on the delivery address). WE DO NOT OFFER FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, SO THE SHIPPING FEE IS NEVER REFUNDED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR RETURN. The only deduction an international customer will ever see is the $20 Return Fee, which helps us reduce the losses from bank transaction fees, true shipping costs, and single-use brand packaging losses associated with a return. For example, an international order of $220 will have zero tax and a $30 shipping fee. The item will always ship out the same business day with a live UPS tracking number, and the package will be delivered to any address worldwide in 2-5 business days. When a customer decides to return their $220 purchase, the refund will be for $200 the same day the strap arrives back at our receiving department.

The return fee of $20 does not cover our loss on a return because of the ACTUAL UPS shipping cost combined with the banking fees. It just allows the customer to share a portion of the loss.

Please feel free to check with UPS about their basic letter fee (the cheapest they have) from USA to the EU, and you will see how extremely high it is. Even when we were using the Public Post Office twelve years ago, the public mail base fee for insured mail without any live tracking was $29 back then, they took 10 days to deliver in Europe, and they even lost a fifth of our packages for weeks without a trace. This is not a problem with UPS, which is why we actually cover the even higher UPS fee difference so that our valuable shipments are properly handled and customers are satisfied.

Your opinion of us having a profitable return policy is evidence that you are not entirely familiar with the situation merchants face regarding fees and penalties imposed by banks and shippers.

Please also take into account that our retail pricing is not "marked up" with enough padding to cover all customer shipping costs... Rubber B straps are actually manufactured in the most costly and same top Swiss factory as other independent watch brands you probably are familiar with (Hublot, Omega, Richard Mille, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Patek Philippe, to name a few who manufacture their straps at the RB factory. They sell their straps at much higher price levels than RB, as we wish to meet the needs of a more inclusive audience).

We are very sad to see your review. We share your disappointment that the shipping company has caused a one-day delay in your delivery. It is regretful that YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER JUST 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT, WHICH IS LESS THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME WINDOW OF UP TO 4 DAYS SHOWN OUR WEBSITE. Further details are below:

1) At no point in time during the checkout process does our website provide any specific delivery date. Worldwide Shipping is stated as needing 2-4 business days when an order is received before 4 pm EST.

2) You placed your order on December 18th after 5 pm EST (after business hours in Miami Florida, USA). We shipped your order out right away at 9 am the following morning December 19th. We emailed you a UPS tracking number and your Estimated delivery date of December 21st in SWEDEN (from the USA). As of this post, UPS is showing delivery for the 22nd.

We share your frustration with the delivery delay because we care dearly about our valued customers like you receiving their shipments as quickly as possible so you can begin enjoying your Rubber B. However, we cannot control weather or equipment delays that cause a UPS delivery to run off schedule, which is why we provide all customers with a live tracking number to follow its progress.

In our quest to always provide the absolute best service, we have tried other shipping companies in the past that ended up providing sub-par tracking ability, slower delivery times, and terrible resolutions for lost packages, which is why we are now currently shipping strictly with UPS, who offered the most reliable service. It is unfortunate that you have experienced a rare delay in your package getting to you.

In any case, we wish you a safe and wonderful trip, and we hope that upon your return home, your Rubber B straps will bring you many years of enjoyment!
