Have ordered before and was fine even though it took a while. This time after three weeks my order was cancelled with no explanation. I’ve emailed twice and been ignored.

WARNING!
Two months ago I ordered a birthday present for my son. I have paid for the product but I have not received it. RSDesignstudioLondon doesn't respond to their chat (I have written several times), they don't respond to email. I can't get in touch with them at all. I am frustrated and feel cheated.
It is a mystery to me, that they have ANY happy customers since they do not seem to exsist.

Feedback
Product itself was good but communication awful. I paid extra for quicker delivery but still arrived a week after I ordered. Tried emailing but nothing back.

Payment taken, no order, no communication
I ordered on 23rd April & received confirmation, payment taken from bank 25th April. Since then I have had no communication from this company. I have emailed twice & no reply. I want my money refunded for non fulfillment of my order.
REPLY
I didn't receive any emails from you, if I had I wouldn't have needed to fret & feel like I'd lost my money. Next option for me was contacting my bank. Whoever was meant to send the emails didn't. Funny how it's taken a poor review to get noticed.
Thank you for the refund. Appreciated.

Hi Sandra, We emailed you a couple of times regarding your order, not sure if they reached you as we didn't get a response!
We have sent you a full refund for the delay on your order and also sent your item out :) Extremely sorry about the delay on your poster but as stated in our email we had a few issues at our printing office.
We hope you enjoy your poster regardless and we will take your feedback on board!
