DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I went on a site called mambobabyfloat.co.uk. I ordered a car cam in January I went through PayPal. I’m still fighting for my £57.99 back. They reckon they delivered it but won’t give proof.
PayPal have taken all emails off their site, they must think it has been resolved but it hasn’t. I’m disappointed with PayPal , I don’t even know what the outcome was.
This company should be struck off.

I am still waiting for the promised replacement. It is already 2023 and I still haven't received it - here is the company response back in September. I wrote on the 19 December to ask what is happening and that I would like a refund but to date I haven't received a response.

Do not order from this company!!! My son used his pocket money to buy a weighted dinosaur and its a stuffed toy! A bad one at that. Disgusting how you can do this to people. Avoid at all cost! Also note website states no refund

Placed order over 2 months ago, paid for the 4-7 days guaranteed delivery. Disappointed to say the least. Contacted them several times and they “reposted” it yet that was a month ago aswell. Now there is no tracking number on the SHOP app as it couldn’t be found. NOT HAPPY

how poor this company is. delayed sending toy out. asked for refund. waited and waited for response. still waiting. then asked for discount and I will keep toy answer is got to speak to management. as of today no more response to my e mails no offer of discount. no return label. they promised delivery 7 -10 days replacement bought for grand daughters birthday arrived. 23 days. hence refund /return. give a wide birth won't use again

My daughter loves the weighted dinosaur although I would say it doesn’t feel 2kg? For what she wanted she is very happy.

— the email person was good but took a couple of days to reply

— but as soon as it arrived it was very nice, but it was not here for the birthday day which was a huge let down as I ordered it in plenty of time.

Claimed item was sent but nothing, it’s been 6 weeks. I am trying to claim back through my credit card. No response to any messages.

bought weighted Stitch cuddly toy she loves that it is weighted and brings her comfort when she cuddles him

Terrible experience, do not buy from here!!
Communication has been awful from the beginning. They kept saying they would update me on a specific date but I would always have to chase a few days later because no one ever got back to me. They kept telling me the same update each time. By then it had gone pass the delivery date and I had moved house, asked the company to change the delivery address which they supposedly “did”. They said I would received by the end of last week and I still haven’t received anything and my delivery has now been marked as delivered. I have messaged several times regarding this and they are now ignoring all my messages ( I wonder why)🤔!

Absolutely shocking delivery time, horrendous quality. Something that cost £30 you could pick up from a cheaper shop for £10. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Noticeable flaws, but overall good product.

the item is good and as deacribed but deliver took longer than the upper limit advertised. in this case it would be good to at least contact the customer so they are aware.

The product was not as described online. It was listed and described as weighted and aid anxiety. The product was purely a plushie, not remotely weighted at all. Very disappointed and delivery took 10 days longer than advised therefore missing my daughter’s birthday.

I am still waiting for my portable mosquito killer. The one delivered was not portable. I was promised that a portable one would be sent.
I ordered it in June. Not a good experience.
