RR Travels Ltd. Arvostelua

After sales customer care was absolutely outstanding. Apart from finding my family with exceptionally cheap ticket on a great flight, we received regular whatsapp message reminders and information about the flight. Upon completion of the journey, I received a follow up message to check how the flight went, which service I have never received from any agent. Very reliable and caring travel agent. I will use the service over and over again.

RR Travel Ltd Customer Service scored 10 out of 10, as Zoya and her colleagues made my holiday flight booking as easy and stressed free as ABC.

Zoya who was such an excellent Travel Agent Advisor who managed my flight booking from the moment of my initial contact, right through to securing the best flight deal that was available.

Highly recommended!

First of all, I had a very good experience from RR travels Ltd. It’s being very okay. Especially Zoya was very good and tolerating. In fact I would love to do a lot more business with your company because of Zoya

I had a very bad experience with RR Travels LTD. Took money from my account without my consent. Refusal to refund the money. Failure to secure a ticket they said was already available for me. By the way I am still waiting for my refund after several attempts.

A very efficient service, very responsive to my needs.

They offer exceptional service, prompt and efficient.

They worked very hard to make sure I got the right flight and that I was satisfied with the arrangements.

Needa thank you for your all support.
RR Travel keep up excellent work.

Good customer service I received from issac the salesmen

Very useful staff and great service.
The price is too expensive.
I cannot afford anymore tickets.

First of all I would like to thank zoya, for all she did, this is my first time buy ticket from this company but the way zoya guides me for me to a cheaper price, guides me with all the travel requirements and information keep intouch till I went and came back safely, will recommend the RR Travels Ltd for anyone who needs a ticket to travel any part of the world. Ask for Zoya, she got extraordinary patients to help you in any information and any situation you get yourself in, she got the patient to help you. Thanks once again Zoya will forever appreciate your help and patronising you.

Great fantastic customer relation, am very impressed with my recent transaction. When the transaction started I thought it was kind of a scam but the sales guy Isaac to be precise was very patient and understanding with me. He made sure it was the value for my money, I will therefore recommend RR travels to anyone and on a scale of 10, would be 10/10..
Thanks to all the staff and members of the team for your dedication and transparency .. God bless you all
