RR Travels Ltd. Arvostelua

Fantastic service, wonderful experience using RR Travel, for my husband and myself, all drivers are most helpful polite, my husband uses an electric wheelchair and its lovely to have transport that allows him to remain in his wheelchair in the taxi, commuting him to abd from hospital for his hip replacement ops, my mobility isn't 💯 and drivers are most helpful carrying my shopping from shopping trolley to taxi and from taxi to our front door.
Not expensive, highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable taxi with very helpful drivers. DONNA AND GRAHAM

We recently used RR Travels to arrange our family trip to Sierra Leone for April 2026. Our assigned agent, John, handled the booking.

We made our initial reservation in October 2025 and completed the final payment of £3,700 in February 2026 for 2 adults and 3 children. However, when we later requested our tickets, John informed us on 1st March 2026 that there was no flight available for our travel date (24th March 2026). This raised serious concerns, as it suggested that no booking had been made at all. This was later confirmed directly by Brussels Airlines.

John then told us that, in order to secure flights for March, we would need to pay an additional £1,000. Despite the unexpected financial strain, we paid this amount to avoid disrupting our travel plans.

Shortly after, we discovered through Brussels Airlines that all three of our children (each under 10 years old) had been incorrectly booked as adults. This meant we were charged for 5 adult tickets instead of 2 adults and 3 children, despite providing full and accurate details for each passenger, including names, dates of birth, and ages.

We immediately raised this issue with RR Travels and requested a refund for the overcharged amount. Unfortunately, we received no response, no explanation, and no apology.

Based on our experience, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by RR Travels. We believe there was a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. We strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

If you want a smooth and reliable travel booking experience, we would not recommend using RR Travels.

Great experienced and I have been with them for 4 years now

My experience with RR Travels Ltd is unique. They are so professional and caring. They helped me in every level. Followed me until I reached my destination safely. My recommendation for them is 100%.

Rtt travels what an amazing helpful experience I had with rtt travels I've used them now for the second time and they've never failed me this time I was worried because I had to change my ticket they assisted me so promptly and managed to travel safely a smooth journey I'm so appreciative

I have consistently booked my family trips with RRTravels for over three years now and it has always been a great experience. From the initial planning stage to the return home, their team were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They listened to what we wanted and crafted a perfect itinerary that balanced sightseeing with relaxation. All the logistics (flights, hotels, transfers) were seamless. I highly recommend rrtravels to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable travel experience. They truly go above and beyond!

John was very professional and informative. He made my travelling experience come with less headaches and hassles by helping me with my boarding passes and answering my concerns . I’ll definitely be using John again. Highly recommended

Very aweful service.do not use

Deal with them at your own risk. They are rude, liars, take money and not deliver ticket.

I recently used RR Travels Ltd. and was generally pleased with the service. Despite a hiccup where there was some confusion with a refund, the team, especially Zoya Butt, was attentive and committed to securing the best travel deals. Mr. Isaac Ali also provided excellent support throughout the process, ensuring I got my tickets without any hassle. Overall, their customer service is strong and they are passionate about meeting customer needs. I would recommend them and look forward to using their services again. 4 stars!

Zoya is an absolute Gem. From start to finish you guys were amazing. You listened and paired attention to what I needed and gave me best offers. Good rates and the best customer service ever received from any agent.

Even whiles away on holiday you checked if I landed safely and needed any help whiles away and made sure you reached out to me on my return.

I am definitely using you again and will recommend you to family and friends. Please ask to speak to Zoya. She is such an amazing consultant.
