Komunikacja przed zabiegiem była bardzo dobra.Wytłumaczono krok po kroku jak będzie etapami się zabiegł odbywać.Konsultantka i translatorka wykazała się dużym zrozumieniem.W trakcie zabiegu poinformowano mnie ze będę musiał dopłacić do pobrania włosów z kolejnych obszarów było to zaskakujące bo wcześniej uzyskałem informację że mam wystarczającą ilość włosów. Cały zabieg trwał 10 h i pomimo wykupionego dodatkowego pakietu ze znieczuleniem odczuwałem miejscami dość mocny ból. Dzień później kolejna wizyta żeby umyć włosy. Opieka po zabiegu na najwyższym poziomie.Konsutantka jest dostępna na każde zapytanie i opisuje dzień po dniu jak wygląda rekonwalenscencja. Więc oceniam to na bardzo rzetelną i fachową pomoc.

I found Royal Hair while browsing online, and I’m very glad I did. The team was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly in English. The procedure was comfortable, and the aftercare kit was very helpful. I returned a year later for a second transplant, and it’s now been 14 days—healing is going smoothly. I believe this second procedure will be the final one, and I’m looking forward to enjoying the completed results.

Ho avuto il piacere di vivere un’esperienza davvero positiva. Fin dal primo momento ho apprezzato la cura dei dettagli e l’attenzione verso il cliente. La qualità complessiva è risultata superiore alle aspettative, sia per quanto riguarda il servizio sia per il risultato finale.

1.Promotional price is only valid for a short period of time to lure you and just before procedure you will pay full price,
2. Grafts are taken by random people without experience and knowledge, technican does implantation, they say it's doctor but his surname is a mistery.. medical stuff only mark the lines and then there is no supervision. Your donor area will likely be ruined and SURPLUS of your precious hair follicles "grafts" will end up in trash.
They dont know english and translator doesnt care and is mostly unavailable ,does not translate your words and Is pissed if you need him. In result very high chance of mistakes and error.
They are buying good revievs,
Stay away for your wellbeing
They only rent couple rooms in big hospital to make and impression of a clinic.

Muy profesional el equipo médico, cabe destacar que en el post operatorio han estado muy atentos mes a mes del progreso.

Honestly, from my own experience, I recommend the clinic, the treatments are performed professionally and painlessly, the staff takes care of all the details

I am very happy with the whole experience. All the care before and after from the colleagues Mersada, Sidorela and Erida were spotless, very sweet and proactive all the time. The operation itself was well done, first results are good, no complications and so far easy recovery.
The only point I have to raise, is the fact that even though the offer includes unlimited Grafs, in case more is needed than what the head alone can provide, there will be additional costs per area. I will recommend this to be done for better results, but this extra costs should be explained before.

ERIDA lleva mi seguimiento después de la operación , y se asegura de que todo vaya bien , y eso tranquiliza , llevo poco tiempo desde el transplante, a penas 12 días , todo parece avanzar bien , poco a poco iremos viendo resultados , en caso de que algo vaya diferente cambiare la reseña , por ahora todo perfecto y muy profesional en la clínica

Muy buena la experiencia conforme con el resultado .translado, estadía ,clínica . Lo único a recalcar que deberían dar un kit de cuidados posteriores, tipo lociones cremas , más medicación.ya que uno vive en el extranjero .luego el post operatorio muy bien con ERIDA !!una chica muy amable atenta .
De todas formas muy conforme con todo recomendaría la clínica

Dopo una ricerca per eseguire un trapianto di capelli ho optato per la Royal Hair Istanbul. Il supporto e le informazioni sono state esaustive e sempre costanti. Fiona sempre gentilissima nel spiegarmi e supportarmi nella prima fase (informazioni sul quale tecnica scegliere, gestione organizzativa ecc), il personale della clinica, infermieri e medici sempre gentili e disponibili e Erida che mi supporta per ogni singolo dubbio sul post trapianto. Sono a tre settimane dal trapianto fatto con tecnica dhi e sta procedendo tutto come deve andare. Bisogna avere pazienza ma i risultati tra qualche mese inizieranno a vedersi.

Tutto perfetto sia prima sia durante e sia adesso per il post trapianto, ora aspettiamo la nuova folta chioma

Ho fatto il trapianto oltre 2 anni fa. Il servizio è stato ottimo anche la ragazza che mi seguiva a telefono ( Rezarta ) molto professionale. A livello di clinica la sconsigliò assolutamente però, dato che il risultato ottenuto è veramente pessimo. Non avessi fatto il trapianto sarebbe stato meglio. Garantivano la garanzia a vita, ma quando ho scritto loro del risultato pessimo, mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare nuovamente. Quindi sconsiglio assolutamente la clinica

Royal Clinic Istanbul – not recommended

My experience with Royal Clinic Istanbul was very disappointing. The nurse failed three times to insert the IV and placed needles on a cabinet. The operating room was dirty and gauze that fell on the floor was used again (only replaced after I complained).

The procedure lasted about 12 hours on a very uncomfortable, too-short “bed.” The doctor left the room several times for long periods (up to 1–1.5 hours). There was poor organization and shouting from other rooms.

I did not receive copies of the documents I signed. I paid for a translator in my language, but there was none, and after 5 p.m. no one even spoke English. I waited 2 hours for airport pickup.

The agreed price was €1350, but on site I was forced to pay an extra €500. PRP was not done as agreed (only one vial of blood was taken).

Overall, it felt chaotic, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic.

I have Afro hair, and I was skeptical at first about the entire procedure and traveling to Turkey for the first time. But when i got there, they made me feel comfortable, the translator was great, they answered all my questions and concerns. During the actual procedure the translator would frequently check up on me to see if I was ok, and that was awesome...After coming back home, they frequently stayed in touch with me and answered any questions i had. Their customer service is really great. It's been 3 weeks and looking forward to seeing results.
