A great company willing to resolve customer issues
Was advised to order extra k-rend, then when I tried to return the extra I had left, they wouldn’t take it back as 2 weeks is their cut off so be mindful of this. I was not impressed, as their truck was broken down so delivery was cancelled twice so I put off booking the builder, then they just turned up with my order one day so how was I supposed to arrange the builder and him finish the job in 2 weeks! UPDATE: I did complain in my review and the wonderful John contacted me and resolved the situation! I do appreciate a company that respects and takes seriously a customers views. Thankyou so much John!
Also the colour enhancer paint that I have since purchased is amazing as it covers up any discrepancies and is so smooth and great to paint with 👍

Hi Yvonne,
Thank you for leaving some feedback for us. I'm really sorry to your experience, this is absolutely not the type of service we are looking to provide for our customers.
I have sent you an email so that we can organise to get this sorted out for you. I can only apologise again for the poor communication on our end and we will strive to make this clearer for our customers in the future.
I hope to hear back from you soon and we thank you for your patience!
John
UPDATE - Thank you again Yvonne for your feedback and I'm glad we could resolve this issue :)
