Outstanding service - Highly recommend!
Honestly, I cannot rate this service enough. My husband and I thought that we were years away from purchasing our first home and thanks to Lauren, our dreams have come true and we are in our new home just in time for Christmas!

We originally contacted Lauren for information regarding a mortgage, 3 months later we have now completed our purchase. Lauren has been fantastic throughout the process and really helpful explaining everything step by step and arranging all our insurances also. It really has been an enjoyable, informative process. Forever grateful to Rourkes Mortgages and all their support with our house purchase. As first time buyers, we didn't know where to start, but Lauren gave us all the time and advice we needed from the beginning.
Rourkes doesn't cost anything to use, if you're wondering if they are the right broker for you, then just go for it - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
We've been in our house just over a month now...I can honestly say without Lauren's effort, we'd probably still be waiting to complete. Thank you so much

I took advantage of the first time…
I took advantage of the first time buyer consulatation offered by Rourkes Mortgages. Lauren was fantastic from start to finish always there to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. I am now due to exchange on my first home and couldn’t be more excited. Will definitely be using Lauren again for my remortgage.
