We have used Lauren for our mortgage needs for a number of years, this year she has helped us with our mortgage for moving homes. Lauren is amazing at everything she does, she has gone above and beyond with our complex mortgage and kept us updated every step of the way. Even on completion day she was dealing with our lender to ensure our mortgage was handled correctly. I cannot recommend Lauren more highly, she is personable and knowledgeable and makes the whole process seem so easy.

Our mortgage deal was coming to an end but we had just fallen into very uncertain times with Covid. My job was at risk, my wife was self employed without the 3 years of books as proof of earnings.
Kids were now home and the thought of looking for a new deal was simply a nightmare.
I contacted Lauren after reading a few reviews and from the initial phone call to moving onto a new deal we were not disappointed. Lauren is a fantastic broker. We had a very drawn out and sometimes complicated case due to the purchase/remortgaging of two properties at the same time that were intertwined.

We came across many hurdles throughout the process however Lauren helped us to navigate what has been a tricky market for borrowers and structure the deal in a way that made it work for us.

I always felt there was someone at the end of the phone to clarify the detail and to answer any questions we had and overall I felt the fee was extremely reasonable for the service.
