The Manager is plain out evil & it’s your fault 😂 it was my nieces birthday on August 11, 2020 it was her 21st Birthday and due to COVID-19 we couldn’t be together so I thought what would be great to send her beautiful roses..Which became a nightmare the delivery service did not ring the doorbell on the morning of August 11 they threw them over a gate on the side of a wall they could not find the package but I got an email notification Stating they were delivered at 10:30 AM in Thousand Oaks California it’s very hot over there by the time they found the package with the help of a neighbor it was 1:30 in the afternoon I kept calling up to complain to get some sort of compensation or some sort of reimbursement they would not help me they said it was delivered it is not their fault and they Will not help me with any compensation I own my own business so I know it’s very important to make your customers happy ...THE Manager Kristen is horrible she feels that it is her business and she controls it ...she has bad customer service and a bad Attitude... I advise anybody to please use another Flower service it is very costly you want VIP service when you’re spending so much money on these roses..I basically spent $200 on flowers and another $40 for overnight delivery so total with all the other charges was $250 ....we all Are paying for a Disney Box basically the flowers u can get them any where’s Instead I was left frustrated with
overwhelmed and with a damaged box and sweaty roses 🥀🥀🥀🥀

My girlfriend absolutely loved the Aladdin themed flowers I got her. This made our anniversary extra special. Amazing presentation, highly recommend.

I bought the nightmare before Christmas jack and sally 2 Dozen Red Roses for my Now fiancé as an anniversary gift and it was the day I proposed to her when we opened the box together the roses were dead/spoiled brown with fuzz only a few roses were good.for the price that I paid and the reviews roseshire has I expected the roses to be beautiful and vibrant as advertised there for it was very disappointing The box was beautiful but when removed gold seal looked like the white seal had been cut so they but the rosehire gold seal over it . Again beautiful presentation but fell short with the roses .

Beautiful flowers I sent for my sisters 17th birthday, some of the petals already started falling off right when she took them out of the box to add to water :( but other than that they are beautiful

The flowers are amazing! Absolutely stunning! Except the shipping and handling was disappointing, no extra effort for doing and looking for the recipient and mostly not the experience when receiving it from a typical delivery man just handling an ordinary package. When we say experience, we expect an extraordinary treatment that includes the whole process specially the whole team.

I ordered a Disney roseshire forever rose as a gift for my girlfriend. I paid $30 for the rose and $20 for expedited shipping and the rose came wrong. I had ordered a black rose to go with the Mickey box and she received a red one. For the amount of money I paid for a single rose, it’s unacceptable to receive an incorrect order.

I ordered for my girlfriend. Since our status is a long distance relationship. It is hard for me to physically be there for her to celebrate birthday with her.

The roses were amazing but expensive. Wish the price can drop to attract more customers.

Truly a magical experience to receive a beautifully packaged dozen roses. All in pristine condition, each individual Rose was packaged with its own water vial. Very impressive to open not just a beautiful box with roses but with the sealed envelope.

I received the 2 dozen lavender Wonderland roses for my birthday. They quality was superb and the roses continue to bloom 4 days later. These by far at the best roses I have ever received from any store or flower shop. I highly recommend!
