Chose Roseshire for Valentines Day, what a bad choice. Roses came half dead and since single dozen roses was "sold out" had to order 2 dozen, but they only sent 1 dozen. 24 hours later still no response from their support team

Love the forever roses!!

They canceled my order and I didn't get the email until the day of delivery that I needed to send a picture of my driver's license. Never have I ever had to do that on any purchase. Seems like a scam to me. Either way I'll never order from here again. I have a phone number they could have called but no. They didn't. 0/5 stars.

Lovely roses and are always a great surprise

Wasn't impressed with the forever roses. When they arrived one was torn so I asked for a refund or exchange. Took them 4 days to respond, finally got a return label and instead of sending me new roses the next day (since it was overnight shipping) it took them 5 days to give me the new roses after I wrote them requesting a refund. Those roses were still poor quality. Won't buy from them again.

Worst place to get flowers they came in all dead and it smelled so bad they was late on delivery to bad experience

I didn't realize until the day before her birthday that my Goddaughter would be out of state on the day I originally picked to have flowers delivered to her. The Roseshire team helpfully found my order before the shipment went out and was able to get the address changed in minutes. I REALLY appreciated you fixing my mistake and making it so easy!

These roses are absolutely beautiful and outlast all other roses.

I bought the Beauty and the Beast set for my sister's birthday. I paid overnight shipping to receive them on a Friday.
FedEx is a terrible shipping company and I wish there was another option. I didn't receive the flowers until Monday.
However, when I let Roseshire know about this they quickly and without hesitation refunded me the cost of the shipping.
The packaging itself was beautiful and the card was lovely. The flowers themselves left more to be desired. They had already begun to wilt and one had mold growing on it. This may be attributed to the shipping and having the flowers sit in Indianapolis for 12 hours and then in Buffalo for 2 days. Overall I would say I was mildly disappointed. Given the price of the product, I would have expected something close to perfection.

Our experience with Roseshire Roses was superb. The flowers are gorgeous and the Disney themed packaging is fantastic. The whole presentation is well thought out. If you are looking for the perfect flowers for that special occasion. I would highly recommend them.

The quality of the flowers it’s not good especially not for the price roses look basically almost dead like they have a day left they’re all big like old it’s just not worth it. Might as well just order flowers from a local florist however the customer service was good.
