For the money spent, very few flowers and not the best of quality. Wouldn’t buy for here again. Very disappointed.

Great customer service when a problem arose with my order, which was swiftly rectified.

I was very disappointed when the flowers for my mam's mothers day flowers arrived, they were definitely not worth the money even though I paid £30 for them instead of £50 & I had to pay an additional £5.99 package & posting 😡
The same bunch of flowers would cost no more than £8 in tesco, I will not be ordering anything from roses and cushions again 😡😡😡very disappointed.

Atrocious bouquet of roses. Nowhere near what was actually ordered and was embarrassed to see what had been sent for this anniversary gift. The cost is through the roof and Aldi have better flowers than these. Staff not willing to help or resolve the issue so left out of pocket for incorrect colour roses, hanging and wilted heads and dry stems. I can only suggest you go elsewhere these are probably the worst flowers I have ever ordered online. Nothing fresh about them at all

Further to the review and numerous emails later, the customer service received is shocking. Laughable given the rude comments, assumptions and treating the customer like they have never ordered flowers before. Second grade products which appear as if they were purchased by the vendor after best use by date and sold on for a premium.

Please check your invoices as your facts are incorrect of what was paid for the flowers and also they were out of the wrapping when delivered.

Another example from R&C on manufacturing facts to suit their needs. Regardless what was paid quality should match what is advertised. I wish I could upload pictures.

Needed a bouquet for my partner’s birthday, wasn't sure what I wanted and received a free consultation using the chat box… my expectations were surpassed, the flowers were beautiful, thank you!

Very rude staff, I ordered flowers and what my 83 year old mother received was nothing like the advertised product. I emailed to see if a mistake had been made and sent a photo and was told that the post person may have opened the box and taken missing flowers and I was to complain the to royal mail. There is a chain of emails. They were so very rude, will never use them again, ever.

A++ Fresh flowers which lasted for over 2 weeks, got alot of compliments and arrived timely.

Bouquet received had just four Roses in it rather than the advertised seven. When I approached them they said they had added extra of other stems which was completely untrue.
Unacceptable to sell something completely different to what was described. I was offered 10% refund but they can stick it where the sun doesn’t shine !
The most abhorrent Customer Service I have ever known. A real nasty piece of work to deal with and a complete liar - AVOID !
Three months later they have the nerve to report that I am reviewing the wrong business … no it really is this company I am reviewing, still the worst customer service I have ever encountered… still avoid !!!

Thank you so much for the beautiful bouquet of flowers...it was such a lovely gift for my mum, I couldn't have asked for a better bouquet to surprise her with.

REVISED REVIEW on being upset yesterday my sister sent a better photo of the flowers received for my mum and this photo looked much fuller - the roses looked beautiful and a pretty colour They did look like the Special Bouquet I wanted my mum to receive - so apologies for previous review and thank you - ordered a bouquet for my mum's 80th birthday and went for a bunch of roses and a more celebratory bunch. I paid extra for delivery on the exact day. They arrived which was great but hugely disappointed with what arrived and the photo advertised on their website. My mum has been I'll so I wanted these flowers to be special occasion and my heart sank when I saw them. Please, please match your website photos to what the customer received. That moment had gone and my mum won't be 80 again the flowers did not have the special feel I wanted and it broke my heart. It doesn't allow me to show the photos but please read the description if what you get rather than getting carried away by the photo.

Sent some flowers and chocs that arrived early on the day and resulted in a very happy gf. Will use again for sure

Awful customer service. My initial issue was with Royal Mail as they were unable to deliver the flowers and didn't leave a card. I arranged redelivery using the tracking number from an email I had deleted, presumably while busy, assuming no further action would be required from myself, but obviously the flowers were half dead, which again wasn't the seller's fault. My issue with the seller is (i) alive the flowers would have been dismal. Even with 50% off they were not worth the money, and (ii) the customer service was dreadful:
(A) A second bunch was allegedly sent out (never arrived and no proof of postage).
(B) the customer service advisor refused to complain to Royal Mail and as it was a business account I was unable to do so myself (and why should I?)
(C) the advisor's tone suggests she takes immense pleasure out of the misery she spreads. She seemed to enjoy being as snarky and unhelpful as possible.
I mistakenly believed I'd ordered chocs and a candle. When it was pointed out that I hadn't I acknowledged verbatim "the candle and chocolates were my mistake, I believed I had selected them".
Please either go elsewhere or purchase a cushion for yourself to scream into when you have to contact customer "service".
