Roses & Cushions Arvostelua 

Bought a bouquet of flowers on 29/11 for my mothers birthday to be delivered on the 14/11. Writing on 16/11 and not yet received.

Received no shipment confirmation, their website now says under maintenance until 2025, no response to my email and no contact number available.

Do not order from this company. I order a bouquet worth £50 plus £6 delivery on top to be delivered on a day of my choosing (which was 4 day in advanced, advertised on the website as completely doable).

A day before delivery was supposed to take place I received an email saying that some of the flowers were unavailable so they have been replaced, I wasn’t shown any images or asked if I had a preference on what to replace the flowers with. I tried to get in contact, hear nothing back.

The bouquet was then not delivered on the date I specified and was delivered a day late with the flowers all near enough dead and looking completely different to the bouquet I had ordered.

I reached out to customer support, who all in all have been dreadful, baring in mind I paid £56 all together for this service the maximum refund they offered was £15. £15 to delivery the wrong set of flowers (that were dead) on the wrong date.

Terrible terrible service, do not use, employees useless, delivery service useless, whole company useless.

I never normally write reviews but I wanted to warn people. I spent quite a lot of money on a bouquet and they swapped the gerberas and eucalyptus with carnations and gypsophila due to lack of availability! They told me this via email the night before delivery, which I didn’t see and didn’t have any choice. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again - really disappointing.

So disappointed with the fresh flowers …. Defo not worth the money and so frustrated that they have not bothered to reply to any messages 🤯😡😡 do not shop here !!!!!!

Bought flowers for my wife, which I was very disappointed when they arrived for the price that I paid for I expected it to have more flowers I could get the same amount of flowers from a local flower shop at a much cheaper price. Also, I didn’t receive the flowers on the date I requested so I had to wait another extra day

Ordered some flowers for my significant other as a holiday surprise. Loved the arrangement. Everything as advertised and customer service was very responsive.

I ordered some flowers from their sympathy range and paid for a guaranteed delivery so they would be delivered to the Funeral Directors in time for my youngest brothers funeral, (the day before the Funeral) , they were not delivered on the day I paid for and requested them to be, they arrived the day after, the funeral directors delivered them personally to the crematorium but, after the service due to the time of the delivery of these, needless to say this was not the service I requested and made the day even harder than what is already was , they also used a card with my message on which was for "someone special", the message I asked to be used reflected the fact it was for a funeral and the delivery address must have also given this away , I also sent them an email informing them of all this the day after , they haven't even bothered to send a response to me regarding my complaint, will never use this company again

Customer services have contacted me and apologised for the stress this caused and have offered me a full refund

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to commend roses and cushions.
I ordered a box of white forever roses as well as dark chocolate truffles to give to my mum for her 70th. They arrived on time and were so beautiful. I was so glad they took extra care when wrapping the box of roses so as not to let any adhesive touch the velvety coating.
We shared the truffles and they were genuinely delicious. At room temperature they were so soft on the inside. I will definitely be ordering these regularly for my staff at work.

Ordered a box of forever roses. It stated that hatbox colour may vary but doesn’t highlight that it could be any colour under the sun - ended up with an ugly blue hatbox that ruins the look of the roses. Contacted customer service to receive arrogant responses - and a threatening response today outlining that the review will be responded to with ‘the facts’. I can see why so many other customers have provided 1 star reviews - poor, arrogant, disappointing customer service. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered some flowers for belated Mother’s Day. They were delivered right on time and looked beautiful and have lasted over two weeks now.
I’ll order again in future.

I ordered a bouquet as a surprise for my friend’s birthday, and what a surprise it was, more for myself than the recipient.
The bouquet received was absolutely nothing like the one advertised, I did acknowledge that substitutes could be made, BUT they were wholly unacceptable in comparison to the photo I based my purchase on.
There were nowhere near the amount of blooms and what was sent was a different colour and standard of flower advertised.
Any supermarket would have had a superior selection of flowers than what was deemed acceptable by this company to send out.
Initially I was offered a 20% refund which I advised Claire I was not going to accept.
That email was ignored and eventually I got a very rude response when I advised her I would be taking this matter further.
I took this up with my bank as a ‘Chargeback’ which meant my bank refunded the whole amount to me while they investigated my claim. This is a temporary measure until they make a decision.
Needless to say they upheld the fact I was sent goods that in no way represented what was falsely advertised on the website and I kept the full amount.
Please if anyone else has the same issue with this company I urge you to contact your bank and get a refund, it is a very easy process and you can do this up to 120 days after purchase.
Companies like this need to be held accountable for the disgraceful way they treat people who order through them in good faith, spending their hard earned money.
And yes, when my friend sent the photo of her flowers to me she thanked me for them, that does NOT mean it was acceptable for this company to send inferior substitutes just because she was polite enough to do this as she obviously had no idea what was initially ordered!
As other reviewers have also mentioned the negative and somewhat rude and aggressive replies they have received from this company’s “customer service”, I was not surprised at this response in reply to me advising her I have been fully refunded by my bank.

Save your money and go to a supermarket. Very poor quality, and the worst customer service that you will ever find. Our Tesco £6 flowers lasted longer than these ones which had died within a couple of days.

Received flowers from my daughter for mother's day and it was very beautiful, good quality and well presented. Service was amazing I would highly recommend ordering from roses and cushions
