The journey started on 2nd December and the misleading and deception started almost immediately. The dishonest and fake information on their website started with the words London and 2-3 days delivery and I was then fed a succession of lies, links to nowhere or to sites in foreign languages. As others have found the item which eventually arrived was not at all what had been photographed on the site or as described. I have been fobbed off almost daily for weeks. Eventually, an offer of refund was made, with the expectation that I pay for a return to China, using Track and Trace which they know will cost almost as much as the item. I would expect that even if I did this they would find excuses not to refund. The item is not fit for purpose and only fit for the bin. I cannot give this to my disabled daughter. I have set up a dispute with my bank but cannot rely upon this company to be honest or act with integrity or honour. Save yourselves many hours of stress and many weeks of delay and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute rubbish nothing like described cheap and nasty garland nothing like product in video, stay clear cheap rubbish from china better quality in £1 shop!

UPDATE I reported this to my bank and did a charge back for not selling goods as described and not giving instructions in English. I have just received a credit back on my debit card and the company will have to challenge this. Don’t think they’ve got a leg to stand on seeing as the top they sent me was orange peach and not brown plus there were no clear instructions for returns at astronomical cost to China. please report the more people that do this the more likelihood they will get shut down.

Scam. Company is registered in the Netherlands and it is not until you receive your shoddy goods that are absolutely nothing like they advertise on the website that they tell you returns are to China.!! I ordered a tan fleece coat (described as khaki) it has arrived and it is peach orange ! Huge expense to send back so you ask for a prepaid label which is refused. They offer you 20% off to keep it then 25% off to keep it. If anyone else has been scammed by them, please look up UKICC and report them there. They need to be shut down

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD- misleading this is not a boutique in London but selling market quality goods of china returns with a huge mark up. Not worth £1. They are based in china making false promises. Will drain your bank account as well. Probs sell your id on the black market. No matter how many times you email them they will refuse refund. Product took 4 weeks to arrive after promising 2 days delivery. They are liars not even based in the the UK.

Appalling fraudulent company who will send whatever they have to you but just not what is ordered. They refuse returns and their customer service is appalling. All items are shipped from china.. so misleading company name. Items take 3 weeks to arrive to find out you did not receive what you have ordered and you have lost your money too.

Well item took ages to arrive, ordered a size up for my son a men's medium puffer jacket for a slim 16 year old and he can barely get him arms in. He's only ever a small but aired on size of caution. Total misrepresentation of item and size, also a tear on inside of coat and at my expense to send back for refund.
Please be aware before ordering. Not a cheap coat either. Please beware and take heed of reviews before ordering

Wish I’d read the reviews on here beforehand but I was needing a pair of boots in a rush! Was told delivery would be 3-5 days, absolute lies. Product was cheap and not like the pictures at ALL when it finally did arrive. Then told if I want to return I have to jump through 179483737 hoops and pay to send it back to China myself or can accept a 20% refund to save myself the trouble. What a joke!

I placed my order on 23/10/2025 and was told I'd receive it by 25/10/2025, today is 06/11/2025 and I still haven't received it. I've emailed the company several times and nothing, I have called the company several times and nothing.
I have now flagged this with fraud so hopefully they deal with these scammers.

Completely fraudulent company! What you see on the website is not what they deliver to you. When you finally get your item (Which comes from China) is simply not worth it. Customer services is also fraudulent and will not answer any questions you email them! They are operating under various other names/ websites so avoid them like the plague. They are obviously making a lot of money using multiple selling sites with no regards for the people that they are fraudulently scamming.

Falsely advertise the clothing as what you see on their website is not what you recieve, comes from China! Cheap and nasty materials used, then they only offer you 20% refund and expect you to deal with 3rd party and pay return costs to china

Rosemere London is an absolute scam — a pathetic, fake company pretending to be based in London or the Netherlands. Don’t fall for their trashy website lies about “3-day delivery” — what a joke! These clowns are shipping straight from China, and you’ll be lucky if your order even shows up within months.

Try emailing them about your order? Good luck getting anything other than those brain-dead, auto-generated responses that don’t answer a single question.
And the product? My “dress” looked like something dragged out of a bargain bin — cheap, tacky, and just plain disgusting. Returning it is another scam — it’ll cost you more to ship it back to China than what you paid in the first place.

Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted cash. Rosemere London is a rip-off circus — avoid them like the plague!

My 14 year old son placed an order which arrived after 3 weeks. The product was really low quality and not worth the cost. The website is not what it looks with items coming from China. We are getting a reply to our emails to return but the cost of returning to China is not worth it. Avoid.

This company is a total scam! Sending direct from China but pretending to be an English Company. Do not touch with a barge pole! Save your money and your time! Order still not arrived and not sure even if it will. If it does I am sure it will be rubbish!

This site is not to be trusted. The delivery times are fictitious- do not believe that you will get your goods in 2-4 working days. I still haven’t received my goods after 3 weeks. They are NOT a British company. Please DO NOT buy from this company.
They will send AI generated answers to questions and the tracking tool does not work. I have decided to write off my loss as I know there is no chance of getting a refund and they have said that I would have to pay import duties too. This proves that the company is not British despite its name. The goods come from China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY!

A company selling itself as a UK company but to be avoided. As with previous reviews, discovered products come from China. I queried a delivery date and was told twice ‘it’s on its way’, eventually given a tracking no and order no, neither of which worked. Emails in Dutch so then had to ask for it in English, all seemed delaying tactics. Product arrived and was the worst quality garment I’ve ever come across. Two attempts at asking how to return and then told at my own expense to China or a 20% refund. I suppose they get away with it by it being in a returns policy which no one reads as they think they are dealing with a legitimate British company. Trading Standards should crack down on these charlatans!

Claim you can send returns back for a refund but shipping is £25 to china at your own exspence

The clothes I brought said they were linen but were all 100% polyester

The company was very unhelpful with my attempts at returning and immediately offered a 20% discount - I think this is their standard set up making clothes for next to no money, shopping them and knowing people won’t pay the money to refund. Warning – multiple webshops operated by the same owner (KVK 78168996)

This review is a warning to other consumers about a network of webshops that all appear to be operated by the same company, registered under Dutch KVK number 78168996. These websites use different names and domains (some ending in .nl, others .com or .de), but they all follow the same pattern.

What happens:
- The shops pretend to be Dutch, yet all products are shipped directly from China.
- Delivery times are often several weeks, despite claims of “fast local shipping”.
- Returns are practically impossible or extremely expensive since the address is in China.
- Customer service repeatedly sends identical, automated messages that ignore your actual questions.
- When you cancel or refuse a delivery, they deny a full refund and instead offer only 20–25% if you agree to keep the product.
- They hide behind “company policy” that violates EU and Dutch consumer protection laws.

I personally dealt with one of these shops (Le Philippe), but after further investigation, I found many more using the same templates, wording, and behavior. It appears to be a coordinated dropshipping network that profits by misleading customers about their rights and the true origin of the products.

In short: any webshop connected to KVK 78168996, or that resembles Le Philippe in design or communication, should be avoided at all costs.
