This company is selling fake clothes and they don’t fit for purpose pls avoid buying anything on there don’t waste your money

I’d like to give a minus score. Items took ages to arrive, when they did they were made from cheap scratchy material, one of which was a totally different colour to the one online. Contacted them to return items and was told that it would cost be 30 euros to return because the warehouse was in China. I was offered a 10% refund or a credit. I won’t be buying from them again. Terrible company, terrible products and no customer service whatsoever.

handbag looks nice and appears reasonably durable, though it doesn’t feel particularly high-end.

The top is simple and reasonably stylish for everyday wear, but the overall quality feels fairly standard.

Purchased a jumpsuit and it looks quite nice without much styling, although it is not as impressive in person as expected.

Disgraceful company. Severe delays with Delivery with poor communication and customer service. Weeks of waiting time for a pair of shoes delivery, no updates.

Very disappointed with this experience. It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received my package. Customer support keeps delaying and saying they are “investigating” without providing any real update, proof of delivery, or refund. Poor communication and unacceptable service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

If I could do a minus star I would I ordered 3 blazers which were meant to be longer length . These are not longer length , cheap material and of poor quality ! The “ red “ is very much not red !! Wish I had read all these comments before i ordered !! Spent £80 and like others can pay to send back to China again didn’t know assumed UK based , or 10% refund and keep the items which are absolutely useless to me . I will keep trying to get refund but like many others looking like a lost cause . Also 2-3 months for refund if you get one ?!!!
Nothing but a scam ! How are they places still allowed to take peoples money for cheap goods which are definitely not advertised as they are when you receive them . Anybody tried to claim money back through their bank ?

This company is fraudulent so avoid at all costs. Take your money but never deliver any goods. Currently in process of a section 75 to recover my money.

Over 3 weeks for the arrival. What arrived was shocking quality, zero labels to show what the wool composition was, brand labels or care labels. One was faulty where the neck was coming away. Complained, complained and complained and actually managed to get a full refund for the faulty one and 30% off the other. Awful products, awful company and they ship total crap from China. Buyer beware…

Lies. Total con artists— please don’t buy anything from here. Just been trying to get a refund and send the clothing back which actually is worse than ‘ joke shop quality ‘

It's a scam! I read reviews but I guess not from the right place. I ordered what was supposed to be 4 solar lanterns that look like flames, it was nothing like the pictures. It was only 1, not 4 like it looked in the picture. Was plastic with milky plastic, was supposed to be clear glass. I had no idea it was coming from China until it was to late or I never would have ordered it at all. It just got here and the box was smooshed and it's seriously just plastic junk. I have requested a refund but I am pretty sure I won't get one because that's how these type of places work.

Ordered a shirt when it finally came the quality was dreadful, colour was faded and I ordered a large what came was was more like xxl and a completey fake knock off shirt I complained and ask to send it back I was told it would cost me £30 to send it back to China the shirt cost me £34.99 so sending it back was pointless they offered me 10% refund and I can keep the shirt .This company isn't from London and shouldnt come up in a UK search dont order from this company

The shorts are comfortable and work fairly well for summer days, though the material feels quite standard.

It’s a scam website! A good lesson for the future orders to check legitimately of the website. The shipping is from China not London it takes several weeks and quality is extremely poor it looks like a dress made with no experience whatsoever and the material of the dress my god. So bad that didn’t even try the dress on. Also will try to return but it looks like it will be mission impossible.

The size guide is nowhere near what is sent,and what arrived was not what was in the shown on the website.
Returns are impossible they strongly advise not to so so as it is returned to China can take 9 weeks with no tracking availability.
I was offered a 20% refund on a £30 child size hoodie.
I was convinced by the website that it was a London based company IT IS NOT,it is cheap and VERY nasty Chinese tat,,DO NOT USE.

Very disappointing experience. The product took weeks to arrive and when I questioned this, I was told it was still within their delivery timeframe despite the website stating otherwise. By the time it arrived I no longer needed it and was then told it would cost over £30 at my own expense to return to China — almost the price of the item itself. The “London” branding gave me the impression this was a UK-based company, which I found misleading given the overseas return process. I will never use this company again or recommend it — read the policies carefully and don’t be caught out like I was.

Absolutely garbage

Hey, just a heads-up! I got some shoes from this shop, and they were a total rip-off. They came from China without a box, cost £45, and the quality is so bad, they're not even worth £5. Seriously, avoid this seller ! It's a scam. The website says they're in the Netherlands, but the shoes shipped from China. Plus, if you want to send them back, you have to pay for shipping.
