Roots HR CIC Arvostelua

Always happy with the service. Prompt, knowledgeable and their advice is consistently sound.

Really supportive, professional and thorough. Understood our needs and made everything happen promptly and efficiently. Thank you!

Each interaction with the team at Roots is always, clear, concise and gives our team at One Fylde the confidence in the advice given.
The most recent project was completed in a timely manner with the usual professionalism and positive approach and always with a smile, thanks Ann.

Roots HR recently supported us through a redundancy process. The support and advice they gave was clear and staff feedback was that it was helpful in terms of reassuring them of the next steps and exploring different options for the future.

As a charity it was great to be able to access this type of support without having to commit to a long-term contract. Costings were very reasonable for the level of service and support we received.

Excellent support, technically competent, efficient team, highly skilled consultants. Highly recommended

Roots HR are the best HR service I have worked with in my 37 year career. Unlike the big names that tie you into multiyear contracts, Roots give you a quote for the work you want done. Their advice is clear and very helpful. Our charity has dealt with difficult staff issues, such as redundancy, fairly and effectively thanks to their support.

The support we received from RootsHR has been amazing. When I needed expert advice on a sensitive staff related matter, I was able to speak to an advisor who was both knowledgeable and understanding.
RootsHR have provided us with a professional service that has enabled a small charity such as ours to be confident that we are compliant and responsive.

The expertise, advice and help received from Ann during what was a difficult time for our organisation was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending RootsHR!

Tracey from RootsHR, provided a fantastic service to our small charity. Thoroughly reviewing all of our employment policies and procedures to then recommend changes to contracts, an additional of a staff handbook and additional policies. She patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to understand the workings and ethos of our charity. I would wholeheartedly recommend RootsHR.

We have been using Roots Comply Plus for almost a year and we have also worked with them on a separate HR project. They have been very responsive and detailed in their responses. We have had a different rapport with different consultants, but on the whole have been impressed. I would highly recommend their service.

A great efficient service from ROOTs Hr at a completive price.

As an organisation we trust the benchmarking approach and it adds value and develops confidence in our HR approach with our staff.

Roots HR have provided us with a very efficient and expert service - I can definitely recommend them.

Excellent company with knowledgeable, supportive and caring consultants. They really helped us move our projects forward and provided professional and well researched advice.

Excellent insight. Thoughtful analysis and recommendations. Very good communication

We used Roots to support with a recruitment campaign - the process was straightforward and we attracted better candidates than previously. Roots also handled shortlisting and admin around interview set up which was great and saved us a lot of time.

Jimmy at Roots HR went above and beyond to support ESTEEM, a Sussex-based youth charity. The HR support on staff pay scales and benefits will have a big impact as we plan for an organisationally sustainable future. Massive thanks!

Ann at Roots has supported us over the last 18 months or so. A charity becoming an employer and later on a transfer of staff under TUPE. Roots provide an excellent, professional support service and are happy to tailor it to fit our specific needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting to supplement their HR knowledge and expertise
