Needed a new sunroof motor for a mini R52. The online choices were easy to understand and well explained. smooth purchase and dispatched very quickly.

If I need anything in future RoofMotors will be where I begin my search.

I ordered a Copen Roof ECU, arrived very promptly in South Africa and works well. Only complaint is that I had a private jet coming to SA and they offered to bring it, and somehow the delivery and billing addresses were switched and it was airfreighted even after an immediate mail to point out the error.

I ordered hydraulic motors for my 2009 BMW M3, and the parts arrived exactly as ordered. They are working perfectly and have resolved the issue with my roof system.

The team at Roof Motors responded promptly to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I am very satisfied with both the product quality and the customer service.

I purchased a roof motor for my DB9 and although there was trouble with payment going through Graham was on it like a shot sorted it out immediately and shipped the motor with great efficiency as it arrived exceptionally quickly. From looking online I had pretty well worked out it was the pump that had failed on my roof and I also contacted roofmotors who also said it was probably the pump. I ordered the replacement and fitting was very straight forward, roof and boot now work perfectly, old unit returned and and payment received promptly. All absolutely spot-on and easy, if only everything in life was like this.

Made a purchase from their eBay store. This was for an Audi TT . Fitted the new motor and it’s been brilliant. Fast response to questions and fast delivery.

I was looking for roof rams for an Audi TT and came across Roofmotor, emailed them and got almost an instant reply that they had everything I needed, Ordering process is simple. Despatch and shipping details advised quickly.

Audi roof motor shipped to Australia fast freight good product

Ordered a reconditioned roof pump motor for my 2012 BMW Z4 2.0 S Drive E89.
The motor arrived two days later, with a supply of roof pump oil.
Removed the old water damaged motor in 10 mins, fitted the new one and the same amount of time and the roof opened once again.
I returned the old water damaged motor to roof motors.co.uk and as promised, received my £50:00 refund back into my account.
First class service and highly recommended.

I was given good advice and a solution to fix my folding roof. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The new motor was delivered quickly. I posted the exchange unit and received my return payment promptly.

The refurbished roof controller was despatched very quickly, there was good communication from the company, we had it fitted and working within 10 minutes of its delivery. What more could you want?

Great smooth and easy experience with roofmotors, came the next day and was easy to replace and exactly what it said on the website and got a refund promptly when sending my old unit back. Can’t ask for more!

Ordered a replacement pump for a Mercedes SLK r171. Came 2 days later. I returned the old pump the next day and was refunded within 1 day. Pump worked perfectly. First class all round.

Despite the other reviews on here, I had no issues with the part supplied, response from the company re the part (for a BMW E46) or the delivery time and refund on the old unit.
They would have got 5 stars but the refurbished unit had some surface corrosion on the electrical connectors which could have been solved with 5 minutes more attention whilst refurbishing. The unit worked fine however as supplied and saved a fortune over new.

Sent off for a replacement pump for a Tigra. Monies taken from account. Unit was not delivered and unable find any information from carrier. Heard nothing since. Be very wary of this company.

Buyer beware.
Does not supply VAT invoices for the product purchase.
Nor do they refund you on the returns/part ex as promised.
Failed to answer emails or phone calls.
Motor did not work on my Mercedes.
