Don't buy these cases.....

The case I received was very cheaply made, the edges were rough and would cut your hand. The soft touch material would come off the case with a fingernail. Also order a massage version hoping it would be better and they sent me the wrong case. Now I need to return two cases.

Rome Tech called me to get feedback on their new Google Fold belt holster, since I was an early purchaser.

I felt this showed exceptional customer service. I hope they make a few modifications to the holster and case to make it a truly functional product.

They contacted me via email to double-check my laptop model number after I placed an order for a CMOS battery with them, in order to ensure that the correct battery was sent to me.
The battery arrived on schedule, and the agent's email response time was prompt.
