What an absolute pleasure and experience I had in purchasing my Mercedes E63 s Final edition from Romans International. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Kristian what a guy, absolute legend amazing customer service from him from start to finish and made sure it was a smooth transition from start to finish. I have just sold my Porsche Carrera GTS to Romans International and it was a really straight forward and quick process. Guy was efficient and knowledgeable. We agreed a fair price on Wednesday and he collected my car and paid for it on Thursday. This was the second car I sold to Romans and I would definitely try them again in future. I've just sold my R8 Performance Edition to Guy (Senior Buyer) at Roman's. To be honest I wouldn't deal with anyone else. Guy Nicholson was really straightforward, responsive and fair when it came to agreeing a deal. It’s the first time I have dealt with Romans; however, from the initial engagement to taking delivery of my car, I cannot praise Romans and especially Ben enough.
I wish every car dealer met their standards.
