I have not found the product very good from you advertising I believe it would cover my under eyes and make them look luminous but it doesn’t work I’m very disappointed and wish I had wasted my money on this product

Very disappointed in the waterproof mascara, clumps, smudges and brush is too wet, dries lashes together in storks

Love the product but I order 2 bottles of the Pink Diamond serum and one of the bottles was completely dried up. I work very hard for my money and don’t understand why this was not caught. The empty dried up bottle weighs less. I would think quality control would have caught this.

Where do I start?
I have received $ 300 in products which are used , half empty . The same day I sent a message with pictures by email.When I reached out I was told that i could return them, but would only receive credit if were in a condition that could be sold. How ?? I received used products.
I even have to pay for the return of these items. Unbelievable!!!!

Delivery, product and performance all first rate.

I ordered 3 products, then a saw a gift set that included all I wanted and a bit more. So I returned the original items. When I had the proof of delivery via Royal mail, I messaged about the refund a week later, they had no record of it they said, so I sent my proof of posting with the tracking number, I was told I jad to wait ten days and it had been 6. So on the 10th day I messaged again, I was again told no record of the items in the warehouse. Again I sent proof, then told it had been 9 days and I had to wait 10. So I said ill expect the refund tomorrow. No reply and then the next day no refund or any further responses. I always use a credit card for online purchases because of the extra protection that gives, so I have had the credit card company refund me. But I would have been out of pocket otherwise. Horrific service at those prices

I have bought many different products from Rodial and have never been disappointed with the quality. The test of a company in my opinion is when you encounter a problem... my delivery did not arrive, their customer service is second to none! communication was empathetic/timely and they resolved things.

Amazing products and excellent customer service! I have used Rodial products for years and I think they work so well and are really effective. I love the smell of them too and they are great quality. I had a problem with one of the products that I tried for the first time as it didn’t work well on my skin so I told Rodial about it and their customer service was very efficient and they were happy to give me a full refund. I would highly recommend their products!

I recently discovered Rodial after trying the trending Banana Lowlighter, which I cannot live without now! I also love their Glow Booster Drops.
